What You'll Do
Provide Administrative support to government office leads and government /contractor staff
Manage calendars, process visitor requests, make travel arrangements, edit correspondences
Process material/supply requests and prepare staff packages
Track, file, and close Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) actions
Assigning, coordinating, consolidating and evaluating group responses in order to present a polished, timely and accurate client products
Coordinate with the Program Records Officer(s)
Support the establishment & maintenance configuration control plans for decision documents, directives, work plans, governance, and strategic artifacts
Assist office in accomplishing events, functions, providing backup and completing personnel actions as required
Desired Skills
Bachelors and/or applicable experience supporting IC leadership

Position
Works with the Government program leads for ideation and execution of AI/ML or Deep Learning (DL) solutions to meet mission needs
Advise senior Government leads on the opportunities and limitations of various AI/ML capabilities and provide recommendations for technical approaches and designs with associated tradeoffs
Assist in the validation and assessment of models currently in production
Integrate new systems and initiatives in support of customer/mission partner requirements and work directly with our developers and users in operations
Understand system-to-system interfaces and act as an Integrator
Monitor system and segment schedules, recognize dependencies

Required
Requires a technical degree: 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD
Extensive Intelligence Community knowledge and work history
Expert understanding of the opportunities and limitations of various AI/ML capabilities and model types
Experience with all aspects of the AI/ML pipeline, including data preparation and processing, feature generation, training and validation, deployment to production and performance monitoring
Previous experience as a System Engineer, Software Engineer or System Integrator
Strong project management skills and ability to quickly/concisely brief project status to senior leadership

The Senior Budget Analyst will support the financial planning, execution, and analysis of program budgets within the Rushmore Front Office Support (FOS) framework. Responsibilities include:

Seeking a Project Manager to support an Intelligence Client. The Sponsor requires a Program Manager to support their program responsible for providing mission-critical training. The Sponsor is responsible for providing mission-critical training. This effort focuses on managing the suite of technologies supporting these training courses. The Sponsor requires subject matter expertise managing the hardware, software, networks and systems underpinning the suite's operations, maintenance, development, upgrades, and security. The key duties associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:
Provide general contract administration support
Prepare data-call responses for Government approval

Collect and analyze relevant market information from Government and non-Government sources in order to identify possible sources; prepare Market Research reports
Analyze and document cash flow consideration for acquisition
Analyze customer requirements and recommend the appropriate contract type that meets all statutory requirements
Recommend appropriate contracting methods based on customer requirements.
Identify the appropriate method to publicizing procurement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline

Apogee's ideal Electronic Warfare Operator (EWO) is a Subject Matter Expert in Electronic Warfare operational environments, and capable of working in a small, close-knit crew environment providing expertise in support of mission requirements. The EWO will leverage both aviation and EW experience to develop tactics and techniques to counter emerging threats. The EWO will also work and coordinate with DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development to ensure client capabilities meet current and future objectives. The EWO possesses an in-depth understanding of the key factors in aircraft survivability and combat mission planning to ensure client objectives are met. The work schedule may be dynamic in nature. Recent Electronic Warfare and Aviation experience

Desired
Bachelor's Degree in STEM (or equivalent military experience)
Graduate of military technical training courses: Electronic Warfare Officer, Navy Aviation Electronic Warfare School, Air Battle Manager, or Navy Airborne Early Warning School
Experience as an Air Force EWO/WSO (RC-135, P-8, EC-130 Compass Call), Air Force Air Battle Manager (AWACS, E-2C/D), Navy ECMO/WSO (EA-6B, EA-18G), or EP-3E LABOP or EWOP
Deployed operational experience as an airborne EW SME is highly desired

Apogee is seeking an AI SME. This candidate will have frequent client interactions, and support system and mission strategy development across the various ground offices. The candidate will have daily interactions with the customer and support contractors and will need to follow customer standards and processes as the program matures through the life cycle. The candidate will interact with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) and support technical consultation, meeting coordination, and recommendation briefings. Position
Works with the Government program leads for ideation and execution of AI/ML or Deep Learning (DL) solutions to meet mission needs
Advise senior Government leads on the opportunities and limitations of various AI/ML capabilities and provide recommendations for technical approaches and designs with associated tradeoffs
Assist in the validation and assessment of models currently in production
Integrate new systems and initiatives in support of customer/mission partner requirements and work directly with our developers and users in operations
Understand system-to-system interfaces and act as an Integrator
Monitor system and segment schedules, recognize dependencies
Aiding in meeting facilitation and information sessions
Required
Requires a technical degree: 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD
Extensive Intelligence Community knowledge and work history
Expert understanding of the opportunities and limitations of various AI/ML capabilities and model types
Experience with all aspects of the AI/ML pipeline, including data preparation and processing, feature generation, training and validation, deployment to production and performance monitoring
Previous experience as a System Engineer, Software Engineer or System Integrator
Strong project management skills and ability to quickly/concisely brief project status to senior leadership
Candidate will be required to sign and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreement(s) and (2) Confidential Agreement and Conflict of Interest Certification
Extensive experience with Agile process and deliveries of new capabilities
Excellent communication skills, multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously
