Job Responsibilities:

Maximize functionality and utilization of visualization tools by building, maintaining, and refining user-friendly automated interactive dashboards and reporting views in BI, ensuring that KPIs align with the broader business strategy and objectives.
Ensure ongoing data integrity and reporting accuracy through data infrastructure audits, identifying data discrepancies and areas of opportunity to streamline and consolidate data sources.
Assess the impact of new school launches and base school operations, including analyzing customer engagement, qualitative feedback, pricing strategy, and overall performance optimization.
Analyze macro-trends to support and understand market dynamics and correlations to marketing and admissions outcomes.
Provide ongoing training and support to internal partners on Dashboard and Report utilization for self-guided analysis.

Requirements:
Experience/Background:
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience driving data insights and building comprehensive dashboards in a multi-unit setting, including experience in data analytics, customer insights, market research, project management, business, or related area.
An analytical mindset and demonstrated experience as an analytics leader who enjoys taking a data-driven approach.
