Position Description
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment, and performing the following activities:
* Perform all manufacturing operations in a cleanroom or non-cleanroom environment such as assembly, inspection, and machine operations
* Comply with Applied Medical Quality Systems (QS) including SOPs, MIs, QIs and TMs
* Comply with safety and company policies
* Comply with engineering drawings, shop order operations and sequence
* Follow production schedules and meet production and quality goals
* Perform manufacturing operations efficiently with or without tools and/or equipment
* Perform detailed inspections with or without correction, tools and/or equipment
* Perform cleaning and upkeep of the work area
* Identify and elevate safety, quality, efficiency and/or team member issues to area leadership
Position Requirements

The base compensation range for this role is $17.50-$18.50/ hour for the position in Las Vegas. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Secures all required medical device information for the biomedical equipment database. Demonstrates the need to have current service and operator manuals on hand for proper servicing of all types of medical equipment. Assists with new equipment installations as assigned.
Assist Manager in maintaining and fulfilling the department/organization's regulatory requirements and goals. Complies with system, hospital and departmental policies and procedures and objectives. Reports witnessed violations that put patients, staff, department or facility in jeopardy to appropriate management personnel.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of shop safety on the use of departmental electronic test equipment. Utilizes all test equipment and all tools safely.

Job Overview

Qualifications
A degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program is required; minimum associate degree or equivalent as defined by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Respiratory Therapists must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all procedures, indications, contraindications and hazards involved in respiratory care, as well as knowledge of equipment utilized in their department. Summary
Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment// diagnosing// planning// implementation// and evaluation. Requirements

Responsible for interviewing, assessing, and counseling individuals in need of mental health and/or substance use services, and to their loved ones. Follow-up on clients as needed.
Work with an ethnically diverse population from an anti-oppression framework.
Work with issues related to trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other life-threatening stressful events.
Provide crisis counseling as needed.
Recruit, organize, and facilitate support groups with various themes, based on population demands.
Effectively complete documentation in a timely manner within the Electronic Health Record (e.g., Athena).
Work with integrated team to develop a person-centered treatment plan.
Complete SAMHSA assessments (e.g., GPRA, TRAC, SPARS), PHQ-9, GAD-7, CAGE-AID, DAST, and AUDIT, as needed.
Provide education and training on mental health issues and evidenced-based practices.
Balance and take care of oneself while meeting the demands of his/her employment.
Perform counseling in English, Spanish, and/or Haitian-Creole, as needed (fluency required).
Create and modify documents for activities, and prepares reports as required by the program.
Support staff in assigned project-based work.
Work effectively as part of a team with shared goal of providing quality services to Borinquen clients.

REQUIREMENTS
Florida licensure or working towards licensure in one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Proof of licensure or intern status is required at time of application.
Bilingual (Spanish/English or Haitian-Creole/English).
Strong interpersonal skills.
