Provide primary service and operation of Pressco Camera and Ink Jet printer systems. Conduct process checks as required.
Perform regular safety inspections to IBO and Washer ovens.
Work with outside contractors to maintain the fire alarm system in proper working order.
Maintain cleanliness of electrical shop and job sites, while practicing appropriate safety procedures.
Assist and support other production floor operations as required.
Properly complete all administrative tasks, including logbooks, data entry and record keeping.
Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High School Education/GED required
Experience and/or technical training, ability to demonstrate basic electrical skills in the areas of:
Circuit checks for voltage and taking amp readings.
D.C. devices, including power supplies, sensors and solenoids.
A.C. magnetic controls, including related switches, relays and solenoids.
Single and variable speed motors
Transformers
Servo motors, stepper motors, and drives
Knowledge of OSHA Electrical Standard, Lock Out/Tag Out requirements and other safety procedures related to the job.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic electronics for troubleshooting and calibration of components and the National Electrical Code.
Demonstrated ability on how to use multi-meter, am probe, and soldering station.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Experience with PLCs for troubleshooting purposes.
Ability to communicate well with production crews and work together as a team member.

Principal Accountabilities
Support the development of the most effective approach to identify, monitor, and implement corporate electrical standards, policies, procedures, and job aids

Performs job of installing and maintaining any of a variety of electrical equipment within the plant facilities. Locates and diagnoses electronic and control failures. Job Responsibilities for Commercial and Industrial Electrician:

Job Overview: Installs and maintains electrical equipment, i.e., switch gear, panels, and electrical systems, according to the National Electrical Code and other pertinent codes.
Elevate & Thrive: Key Responsibilities:
Installs new circuits, devices, lighting, panels, switch gear, and other electrical components.
Performs preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
Inspects and tests electrical equipment, i. e, lighting and generators. Identifies defects,
replaces and repairs faulty equipment and electrical systems.
Responds to and assists in all building, equipment, or systems emergency situations involving
the Engineering and Maintenance department.
Occasional tasks.
Assists Low Voltage Technicians in high voltage power needs and cabling.
Marks up As-builts drawings pertaining to electrical systems for alterations
and submits to CAD.
Assists Community businesses in emergency electrical needs.
Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
Five-year electrical apprenticeship or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possession of Minnesota Class A Journeyman's license.
Knowledge of electrical codes and other applicable building codes.
Experience with low voltage wiring systems
Valid Class D driver's license may be required along with a good driving record.
