This is a retail environment. Our hours are Tuesdays through Friday, 9 am- 6 pm, and Saturday, 9 am- 5 pm. Overtime is available. Make a difference every day in a fun, energetic environment! Essential Duties include the following:
Picking up and delivering customer motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs
Compares serial numbers of the incoming product against the invoice.
Inspects product to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
Parks new vehicles in assigned areas.
Catalogs and stores keys.
Assigns stock control numbers to the product.
Moves the sold product to maximize the use of space and keep the lot in order.
Delivers sold products to the new-product preparation department.
Snow removal and lawn care
Wash units and provide delivery and pick-up of units.
Requirements:
Able to maneuver a motorcycle, side-by-sides, and ATVs safely.

Work a 4 day week (M/T/R/F) where you start and end every route in Aberdeen. Typical days start at 5am and end early to mid-afternoon (depending on route), with an average of 45-50 hours per week. Route drivers start the morning picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with the customer on where to place their products, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with these repeat customers.
Responsibilities:
Accurately, safely, and efficiently deliver merchandise using hand-trucks, ramps and/or lift gates to customers on a predetermined delivery route. May include delivering products up and down stairs and in all types of weather.
Operate all working equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to hand truck, pallet jack, scanner and printer.
Provide the highest level of service and product integrity for every customer by safe and timely delivery of customer orders.
Deliver and stack merchandise on customer premises.

Join the CWD sales team as a District Sales Consultant! This sales opportunity is within our industry leading sales division, which offers a wide variety of products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the entire food service, retail, and hospitality industry. After completing an initial training program,
you will be assigned to an existing territory
of restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, schools, long term care facilities, convenience stores and more. You will serve as the face of Cash-Wa for your customers, providing solutions for food costing, menu ideas, and margin control in an ever changing business environment.
Ideal candidates will live between Pierre, SD and Highmore, SD, but will consider anyone living with the territory which includes Faith, Faulkton, Fort Thompson, and Eagle Butte.
Foodservice and Retail experience is helpful, but not required.
Compensation will be Base + Commission to start with a rate of $50k - $60k year 1 (depending on experience), with the potential to earn more!

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to perform Sales and Marketing initiatives as directed by CWDs upper management. This will include the active soliciting of new accounts and the growth of existing accounts. This will include the marketing of all CWD programs along with the various related segments of business including, but not limited to C Stores and all Foodservice Commercial and Non-Commercial accounts. The responsibility also includes developing a profitable sales territory and working with operations to develop profitable delivery routes. The expectation will also be to work with accounts receivable for prompt and timely collections. The District Sales Consultant will report directly to their Regional Sales Leader, so that they can collectively develop a profitable territory for CWD.
Duties:
The duties will include daily travel whereby the District Sales Consultant will work directly with customers in the designated territory of responsibility. We will identify certain areas of priority and take an evergreen approach as we evaluate the growth and re-prioritize quarterly objectives. This also includes all segments of business and all product lines stocked by CWD. Also, as the business grows in the territory, it is expected we continue to grow our market share with new and present customers to build a relationship based on the value CWD will bring to the territory. The broader duty is to bring CWD to the area as a dominant broad line distributor that is known for its service and integrity. The idea is to lead customers to a company that is on the move and grows true partnerships.

To have an active target list of new prospects and to develop individual goals for new accounts and a dollar amount in sales.
