The Structured Finance Group is a specialized team of capital markets professionals providing advisory services for a critical component of Structured Finance bond issuance.
The Structured Finance team delivers Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) reports primarily for new issue securitizations, while also supporting recurring AUP engagements that generate ongoing revenue throughout the life of each bond. Our clients include leading investment banks, asset managers, corporations, and government-sponsored entities.
In this role, the Structured Products Manager will lead, mentor, and grow Aprio's Structured Finance team - establishing it as a trusted partner for AUP support services. You'll oversee all aspects of the AUP process from start to finish, collaborate closely with firm leaders to identify and pursue business opportunities, and play a key role in expanding Aprio's presence in the Structured Finance market.

Work closely with teammates on all aspects of the AUP report creation and delivery process and coordinate this work with all internal and external parties involved.
Knowledgeable in one or more of our AUP products: tape to file, circle ups, cashflow modeling, and payment date reporting.
Assisting Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Senior Managers with day-to-day operations of practice.
Create and manage project data rooms.
Assist in managing junior members of the team to deliver best in class work product.
Manage aspects, as needed, of a live deal process including customer communication and timing of deliverables.
Help to develop and improve workflow processes including documentation of procedures and workflows to ensure efficient and accurate deliverables.
Contribute and understand/manage firm risk on projects.
Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish firm objectives.
Attend industry conferences and develop the Aprio brand name.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; CPA, MBA or Master's degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in securitization, structured products, or asset management
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail, financial modeling experience preferred
Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization
Ability to present complex information in a usable format to a diverse audience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice
Ability to meet tight and changing deadlines
Limited travel required, including attending industry conferences as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience with Structured Products including an understanding of one or more of the following assets classes: ABS, RMBS, esoteric and similar securitized and structured products
$130,000 - $165,000 a year

* Compile payroll information and prepare employee salaries, taxes, deductions, and leaves.
