The Center for Elders' Independence is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the elderly) organization (PO) that uses an interdisciplinary team approach for care planning and implementing purposeful high quality, affordable, and integrated health care services to the elderly. Our elderly meet PACE requirements as prescribed by CMS and are referred to as participants. Our PO includes Adult Day Health Centers and primary care clinics, promoting participant autonomy, quality of life and the ability for individuals to live in their communities
The Position: The IT Systems Analyst plays a key role in shaping how internal users experience technology across the organization. This hybrid role blends systems analysis, technical support, user advocacy, and service improvement to ensure that IT solutions function effectively and meet the real-world needs of employees.
The Analyst will support the end user, design user enablement strategies, interpret service delivery data, and collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance service quality, performance, and system functionality. Ideal candidates will combine technical knowledge with analytical problem-solving, project coordination skills, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
The salary range for the IT Systems Analyst position at Center For Elders Independence is $ 93,850 - $ 140,774 annual base salary. Salary is based on the market for the position, as well as experience, skills, abilities and work history.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with end-users and business teams, to understand and identify pain points, and translate them into technical or process improvements.
Design and deliver scalable IT training programs that support system adoption and improve operational efficiency.
Develop user-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles, process guides, and training videos to drive self-service and knowledge retention.
Monitor service desk trends, system performance data, and usage analytics to identify recurring issues and areas for optimization.
Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues and recommend long-term resolutions.
Contribute to service review processes and lead initiatives to enhance system usability, reduce friction points, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Participate in intake and discovery sessions to capture business requirements for new features, enhancements, and service offerings.
Support the rollout of new IT solutions by contributing to change management, training materials, and communication plans.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of new or updated systems and tools to ensure functional alignment.
Serve as tier 1 and 2 technical support for complex technical issues; diagnose, document, and triage them appropriately.
Track and analyze service management data (via ITSM tools) to identify opportunities for automation or process streamlining.
Engage with third-party providers for system delivery, support, training, and infrastructure services as needed.
Promote adherence to IT policies, standards, and best practices; provide guidance to users and stakeholders.
Actively contribute to cross-functional IT projects, ensuring the user perspective and operational requirements are represented.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a computing-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, technical support, vendor management, or service delivery within a structured IT environment (e.g., ITIL framework).
Proven ability to translate technical challenges into business-relevant insights and solutions.
Strong experience designing and delivering IT training to diverse user groups.
Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives or service optimization projects.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or Freshservice.
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Identity & access management (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory)
Device lifecycle and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Autopilot)
Network monitoring and troubleshooting (e.g., Cisco, SolarWinds)
Contact Center solutions (e.g., Genesys, Five9, 8x8, Nice InContact)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills-able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent documentation, knowledge management, and reporting capabilities.
ITIL certification (v3 or v4) strongly preferred.
Microsoft 365 or similar technical certifications are a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STRATEGIZE

How You Will Contribute:
The Outpatient Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the quality of clinical care, the appropriateness of clinical programming and ensuring the day-to-day clinical operations at the Clearview Outpatient Program are performed effectively. The Outpatient Program Director is responsible for overseeing individual and group therapeutic services and providing clinical supervision to Therapists. The Outpatient Executive Director collaborates with the CEO for the overall administration of outpatient services, including case assignment, scheduling, regulatory and compliance.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides clinical supervision to clinicians in both individual and group settings, offering guidance and feedback to motivate and positively develop the clinical team.
Provides clinical leadership and supervision for DBT within the Outpatient Program.
Actively engages with clinicians, leading in person and virtual clinical programming.
Works closely with the clinical and customer service teams to ensure a therapeutic environment is maintained, appropriate treatment planning, and discharge management.
Collaborates with the revenue cycle team, utilization review and compliance to ensure the financial success of the program and compliance with managed care requirements.
Acts as a clinical backup, conducting individual and group therapy sessions if necessary.
Ensures compliance with state and Joint Commission and state accreditation standards and provides oversight to other staff to maintain their compliance.
Coordinates client care with the treatment team, family and clients; implements discharge planning.
Communicates with referral sources and families, keeping them informed of treatment goals, plans and progress.
Coordinates clinical staff schedules and clinical group schedules.
Assigns new clients to therapist caseloads.
Works with office manager and revenue cycle team to ensure accurate attendance for billing.
Provides direct supervision, coaching and clear instruction of workload assignments to clinical staff and interns resulting in effective and efficient daily operations by providing effective services that meet the special needs of the clients in the program.
Identifies opportunities for and encourages professional development for clinical team.
Acts as on call designee for emergencies or assigns on call designee when personally unavailable.
Escalates risk exposure and/or customer service concerns, as necessary.
Assists with difficult or emotional client situations, responds promptly to client needs, solicits feedback for continuous quality improvement.
Additional Responsibilities
Ensures follow up with referral sources following admissions, discharges, and during treatment process.
Attends all supervisory trainings within assigned time frames as required by the facility.
Produce any other reports or analyses, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What We Are Seeking
Requires a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling or other related fields, and a minimum of five years' experience working with an mental health population which preferable would include young adults and adults in the mental health or education fields. Must have current license from the appropriate state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or Psychologist. Must be highly trained in DBT, preferably DBT certified.
Clearance of TB test, fingerprinting and state clearance, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements

Position Summary
The DSD acts as a primary support to the licensed staff with the management of the resident's care plan. Provide general orientation, mandatory in‑services, continuing education, and other training to meet all department and facility needs and regulatory requirements. Orient new clinical staff, its policies and procedures and to their job duties.
Coordinates all educational programs for licensed and unlicensed staff.
Strives to meet the educational needs of staff within the Department of Nursing. Provides an annual calendar of educational activities for staff including educational needs identified by nursing leadership and all relevant quality improvement activities
Coordinates the Nursing Assistant Certification Program in accordance with state long‑term care requirements as needed.
Assures all necessary mandatory education (fire safety, infection control, residents rights, Hazard communication, sexual harassment, Dementia, and HIPAA etc.) required by regulatory standards are available for all staff; track attendance. Schedule live presentations for mandatory in‑services on a rotating basis as needed.
Maintains all in‑service records on all employees in current, neat and orderly fashion, with individual educational profiles on all Nursing Assistants to ensure all 24‑hour annual requirements are met.
Provide BLS, CPR, and First Aid education for direct care staff as required; offer optional training for all other employees.
Attend and participate in continuing education programs to learn of best practices in greater community as well as to maintain current license.
Conduct in‑services to staff on assigned shift when indicated to ensure compliance with regulations, facility policy or when changes in practice occur.
