This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. Pay Range: $60 - 80K, depending on experience will assist with the production of construction documents using AutoCAD. Responsible for performing a wide range of architectural drafting and design tasks such as redlining plans for construction, developing new home elevations, coordinating MEP layout revisions, and assisting sales and construction with all plan needs. Ideally this candidate will have extensive experience with residential home building practices to fully understand the plans being developed and used in construction. This position will help with production drafting, picking up red lines and creating construction document details for residential architectural drawings.
