INNOVA Architects is seeking a full-time Project Architect to manage federal design service contracts with the Department of Defense and other local government agencies. To be considered, candidates must possess extensive experience and capability managing clients, staff (architecture and engineering disciplines), consultants and project design as a whole. The applicant must have 10 years' experience in either architecture for buildings.
This position provides management and guidance through the design process. You would take a lead role and be relied upon to generate solutions and uphold quality control and technical standards during each phase of design. Being sensitive to budgets, schedules and timing, you would tailor designs to accomplish stated goals and create spaces that instill pride in the owners and the community.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Architect, take great pride in your work, be able to manage the “big picture” while focusing on the details, be a capable leader and have a deep desire to create great Architecture that impacts communities.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Professional Degree in Architecture - preferably Bachelor or Master of Architecture, or eligible work experience for registration (AIA)

· 8+ years' experience in all architectural design phases - Programming through Closeout, and 5 years as a licensed Architect.
· Proficient with construction codes and jurisdictional requirements.
· Adept at coordinating design teams and technical consultants as well as Owners.
· Fluent in current BIM modeling tools and workflows such as Autodesk Revit.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills- both internally and externally.
· Organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, and team asset.
· NCARB, LEED AP, and/or BCA accreditation a plus.

We are currently seeking an energetic, confident, and highly motivated ARCHITECTURAL JOB CAPTAIN to join the DAHLIN team in our Bellevue, WA office. Working under the guidance of a senior project team member, this person will be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, or several small projects, including the investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client's needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide professional architectural consultation from the end of Design Development through building permit submittal and Construction Administration.
Apply advanced architectural concepts and designs.
Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
Monitor budgets and schedules and maintain project documentation.
Submit reports and specifications as requested.
Maintain positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants and technical staff.
Supervision of technical staff and redlining others' work may be required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Proficient in building codes, understanding different product types and how the code determines how the buildings are constructed.
Strong skills in production of construction drawings, start to finish.
Strong skills and talent in SketchUp modeling, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM; Adobe Design Suite experience preferred.
Experience working in construction phases of projects.
Self-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team environment to coordinate with other design professionals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

The compute performance and power efficiency requirements of Mixed and Augmented Reality require custom silicon. Reality Labs Silicon team is driving the state of the art forward with highly integrated SoCs that leverage breakthrough work in computer vision, machine learning, mixed reality, graphics, displays, sensors, and new ways to map the human body. Our chips will enable AR & MR devices that blend our real and virtual worlds throughout the day. We believe the only way to achieve our goals is to look at the entire stack, from transistors, through architecture, firmware, and algorithms. We are seeking research interns with a background in Performance Modeling, Performance Simulation Methodologies, and Computer Architecture to improve our performance modeling collateral and use those models to guide the architecture of AR/MR silicon. Our internships are twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) weeks long and we have various start dates throughout the year.
Minimum Qualifications
* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
