Role: Manager, Solutions Design & Architecture

Responsibilities:
* Strategize, lead, and design functional and technical solution development for new business acquisition activities related to Indegene's commercial solutions spectrum, including omnichannel, content factory, web factory, CX and data-oriented solutions
* Demonstrate thought leadership, solution innovation, and architecture design for RFPs and other client engagement avenues.
* Evaluate client requirements in collaboration with internal SMEs/tech experts, aligning them with Indegene's service propositions, operating model designs, effort estimations, SLA definitions, etc.
* Develop compelling sales narratives, value proposition document, business cases and CXO/CXO-1 level discussion material, with an ability to drive client facing discussions
* Define solution models and budget creation for consulting, current engagement scale-up, new technology implementation, legacy portfolio modernization across MarTech stack
* Conduct discovery sessions with customers to shape opportunities and contribute to the overall pipeline development.
* Architect pricing models, construct solutions, and orchestrate alignment between clients and internal stakeholders.
* Drive end-to-end bid management for large deals, author proposal responses, and actively lead proposal defence discussions, pricing negotiations, and SOW closures.
* Global markets coverage and mandate to drive growth across key and new accounts portfolio, working closely with sales and delivery leadership
* Lead ideation sessions with internal leadership teams to identify innovative win themes and value propositions during proposal development.
* Articulate Indegene's value proposition to clients through written proposals and live presentations.
* Strategically align Indegene's tech offerings with emerging trends, including GenAI-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
* Navigate complex decision-making among a large set of cross-functional stakeholders (both internal and client side)
Must Have
* MBA graduate with overall 10+ years' experience in marketing and CX oriented solutions selling
* Prior experience in managing complex solution development for integrated and large deals
* Proven experience in MarTech, omnichannel, web factory and large scale centralization projects
* Experienced in owning pricing estimations, client discovery discussions and solution architecture
* Hands-on experience in bid management, solution design, client presentations and legal agreements (SOWs)
* Prior experience in creating new solutions, POVs and industry benchmarking collateral related to technology areas
* Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and deliver tailored solutions.
* Exposure/understanding of pharma ecosystem will be preferred.

What You Bring
Education Requirements:

Overview
As an intern at REA, you will have the opportunity to participate in all stages of project development, including master planning, conceptual/schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. You will work closely with our staff of landscape architects, planners, and civil engineers on a wide variety of commercial, institutional, and municipal planning and design projects. Specific responsibilities will include assisting project teams with the production of AutoCAD construction documents and details; preparation of conceptual site design plans, illustrations, and 3D visualizations; preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates; and assisting project managers with client meeting materials and presentation boards.
Capstone Project
Our internship experience includes a capstone project where all interns will develop research or help solve real-world design challenges on a specific topic. At the conclusion of the program, interns will share their projects and findings with the entire studio.

What we're looking for
Basic qualifications include current enrollment in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program in Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture. We value individuals who bring a positive attitude and collaborative spirit. We desire students with strong written and verbal skills, and exceptional graphic, analysis, and digital production skills. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, 3-D modeling (3-D Max and/or SketchUp), ArcGIS, or AutoCAD. Those students who will be entering the final year of their degree and desire a six to twelve-month internship are strongly encouraged to apply.
