We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. Enterprise Precast Concrete is currently seeking an ArchitecturalDesigner with a background utilizing Revit to join our award-winning team. Our Designers work to design each piece of architectural precast concrete that is produced in our plants and ends up on the most complex and architecturally unique structures in the world.

Key Accountabilities:

Proficiency in design and documentation software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray).

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Bachelors degree in Architecture/Design or a related field with some experience preferred
Experience in Chief Architect, Bluebeam Revu, and Lumion Preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of architectural drafting, building codes, and construction methods.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing drawings.
Ability to interpret and understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Exceptionally organized and aware of moving project parts, communications, and design scope.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients in an orderly and timely fashion.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team setting with fellow designers and drafters.
Driven individual with passion for growth and learning. Open to shifting roles as needed and taking on responsibilities outside of design when needed

Play an active role by collaborating with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures.
Execute, with Project Managers and Practice Leads, on large projects on time and on budget.
Provide active leadership and articulate to the Project Management Team what is needed for success and lead the other Engineers to ensure tasks are being completed accurately and timely.
Be the Lead Engineer on projects that have multiple different technologies.
In collaboration with the Project Management Team Members, if applicable, provide daily updates on all projects and be proactive with communication to all parties on timelines, hours, resources, concerns, etc.
Proactively execute collaboration between different business units to provide a world class experience for the customer.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and take a leadership role in Team and customer meetings.
Contribute to product selection and research, configuration standards and best practices and educate our sales teams on these products and services so that they can sell them.
Work in a team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices, while at all times maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions.
Continue to grow personally along the guidelines of the Engineering skills matrix, improving your skill set around project experience, leadership, certifications and technical expertise.
