Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. * Prepare and oversee Construction Documents with precision and detail. * Participate in submittal reviews, RFIs, and site observation throughout construction. * Collaborate with and support senior architects while mentoring junior staff. * Interact directly with clients and consultants with professionalism and confidence. Essential Skills * 5+ years of professional architectural experience. * Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's). * Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite. * Solid technical expertise in both design and construction documentation. * Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Architectural registration preferred. * Experience in residential, commercial, or other sectors such as retail, hospitality, multi-family, mixed-use. * Familiarity with drafting, design development, and schematic design.
