As former Chief Technology Officer and Head of Marketing, Matt McRae led many functions at VIZIO including product management, program management, hardware engineering, software engineering, cloud services, quality assurance, design, marketing, PR, digital, business development, and corporate development. Joining VIZIO in 2008, his accomplishments include architecting/launching the #1 Smart TV platform in the market, creating new product categories including the award winning audio lineup, driving key strategic partnerships, and cultivating the VIZIO brand into the class leading position it enjoys today.

Matt is also the Chairman of the Board and Founder of Blossom, a startup focused on addressing water consumption and control through an IoT smart device. The Blossom controller tripled its Kickstarter goal and is now shipping to consumers.

Previously, Matt served as VP of Marketing & Business Development at Fabrik, and Sr. Director of Worldwide Business Development at Cisco Systems. Matt holds degrees in Economics and Computer Science Engineering from The Wharton School and University of Pennsylvania.

Tejas Shah has served as our SVP of Product since May 2019 and our Chief Information Officer since July 2018. Mr. Shah is responsible for Product Management, Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity and Corporate IT functions that enable Arlo’s business operations and customer experience. Mr. Shah also serves as a board advisor for Bugcrowd, a crowd sourced security platform. Previously, Mr. Shah was NETGEAR’s Chief Information Officer. Before joining NETGEAR in August 2008, Mr. Shah held leadership positions in consulting services with NaviSite and Tata Consultancy. Mr. Shah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Statistics from Gujarat University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
