**Responsibilities**
Manage operations of assigned area and/or programs.
+ Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
+ Assess quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
+ Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
