Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Review order, build tickets and prints to determine required assembly, exterior finish or any special options. * Assemble components according to drawings, instructions and established standards. * Proactively identify and write material / hardware shortages on bay white board. * Follow inventory replenishment processes. * Report all non-conforming parts, materials or drawings to assigned Production Supervisor. * Ability to input and scan work order data into MRP/JDE system using RF Scanner, keyboard and mouse and complete required reporting. * Consult Assembly Lead/Supervisor on suggestion/guidance to resolve assembly problems. * Follow all standard procedures and processes in accordance to assembly of machine in order to build a defect-free product. Complete required in-process inspection, repair any defects found and document critical quality information as necessary. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of our products and processes to better serve our customers and improve the overall profitability of FS Solutions. * Meet predetermined daily/weekly/monthly efficiency, productivity, utilization and ship schedule for final assembly and subassemblies. * Follow and comply with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements. * Perform all assigned safety / environmental inspections following the predefined process. * Maintain a neat and orderly work area complying with all 5S initiatives and proactively identify shop/equipment maintenance needs and note these on the bay white board. * Ability to operate overhead crane system. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Candidates with the following skills will be given preferential consideration: * Possesses advanced mechanical knowledge of hydraulic sytems,12-volt electrical systems, drive systems (including drive shafts, cogged belts or roller chains) or external engine assembly/repairs commonly found on mobile equipment. * Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) controls and Can-Bus networks, a plus.
