We offer a 9/80 work schedule where you can have every other Friday off with a slightly longer workday throughout the remaining weekdays. (NO WEEKENDS!!) New Hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period with our staffing partner. If completed successfully you will be offered a full-time role with benefits the first of the month following your conversion date. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ May conformal coat using either Polyurethane or UV conformal coat.
+ May be required to perform in all painting processes, including pre-paint, paint, and post paint areas.
+ May mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panel.
+ Connects component led wire to printed circuit or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and other component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points.
+ Installs finished assemblies or sub-assemblies in cases/external hardware.
+ Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies.
+ Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as de burring, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, and impregnating parts assemblies.
+ Tends machines that press, shape, or manufacture parts from raw materials.
+ Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.
+ Performs online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
+ This position may require knowledge of SOX / 404 internal audit controls and related documentation
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
The successful candidate will be able to display proficiency in the below tasks, as well as be expected to gain and excel in a variety of processes and procedures.

* Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure in position
* Set up equipment and weld parts for mounting tilt fronts, dump bodies, etc.

Job Details:
Perform all aspects of the jobs and rotate in them as needed.
Produce quality product regardless of operation being performed.
Ability to organize and verify components for assembly of product.
Ability to access Quality Management System (QMS) and manufacturing resource planning (MRP) system (Intranet) as required.
Ability to perform work in a minimum standard time. Ability to cross train in other product lines.
Willingness and ability to cross train fellow employees. Exhibit positive interpersonal skills.
Adhere to all departmental and company-wide safety and procedural policies including all QMS standards.
Work with manufacturing group leaders on procedures, HAZCOM, lock out/tag out, safety and assembly procedures.
Responsible for traceability and inventory control of materials and all associated paperwork and record keeping and demonstrates product and documentation knowledge.
Qualifications:
The right candidate must have experience with hand and air tools and be mechanically inclined
They must be able to read schematics with good dexterity in hands/fingers
Physically must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs consistently
We are looking for a self starter who can work in a fast paced environment with an excellent work ethic
