Responsibilities
Assemble large commercial consumer packaging equipment. This includes subassemblies as well as piece parts positioned in the frame of machine.
The connections of electrical wires, mechanical, and pneumatic parts as required may include established testing of those parts for correct operation.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 year A.A.S Degree - Industrial Maintenance Technology, or 2-5 years' experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance or assembling capital equipment in a manufacturing environment

Position Summary
The Custodian/Light Assembler is responsible for performing routine cleaning and sanitation of the facility while also supporting light assembly and basic production tasks. The role requires regular physical activity, effective communication, and adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
Essential Job Functions

Complete daily housekeeping activities
Cleans all areas of the Facility (for example, floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) while following Company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Assemble and install parts by hand, powered tools or other specialized equipment
Packaging of materials, parts, products etc.
Measuring and cutting insulation
Applying glue, wraps, and securing insulation
What We Are Looking For
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Some previous basic training, knowledge or skill. Basic shop skills and equipment operation knowledge. Must be able to read, understand, and apply customer specifications. Must be able to safely and effectively use a variety of tools, identify unit components, install insulation, and make labels per instructions. Must be able to move at least 20 pounds.
What We Offer
Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market starts at $19.15 hourly. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are not eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees may earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
