Axient is seeking an Instructor/Writer to support our customer at Ft. Sill AFB in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Research and develop training products to support the JCsUAS University on technical aspects of the equipment and facilities required to conduct operator and planner training as it relates to C-UAS operations, including C-UAS electronic warfare, kinetic, and directed energy weapons.
* (C-UAS) Instructor/writer will instruct Soldiers, Officers, and Warrant Officers on the technical aspects of the equipment and facilities required to conduct operator and planner training as it relates to sUAS/C-sUAS operations, including C-UAS electronic warfare, kinetic, and directed energy weapons.
* Continuously update instructional materials to keep current with emerging technology and doctrinal
* Coordinate with domain leads to ensure DOTMLPF-P integration
* Establish and facilitate working groups
* Ensure C-UAS related documents are updated as needed and propose refinement of document requirements in coordination with the 30th ADA BDE, ADA Commandants office and Fires Center of Excellence
* Writes course content and supporting documents using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS EXCEL and other software platforms as needed
* Follow instructional techniques and procedures specified in United States Army Air Defense Artillery School (USAADASCH) regulations and school memoranda
* Instructors will evaluate students' duty performance and evaluate their competence of the skills instructed within the course utilizing prescribed evaluation methods and performing analysis of training effectiveness
* Review and recommend concurrence or revisions of a variety of publications pertaining to C-UAS

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or high school graduate with 20 years of relevant military experience
* Minimum five (5) years' experience as a technical instructor/field support representative or a combination of the two totaling 5 years (minimum)
* Ability to work with minimum oversight
* Working knowledge of training and task development, task-based strategy development, unit training at Company, Battalion, and Brigade levels
* Graduate of the ADAM/BAE Course (preferred)
* Proficient in the use of MS Office Products and use of the NIPR/SIPRNet
* Experience with Army Air Defense digital systems to include: AMDWS, FAAD C2, and ADSI (preferred)
* Direct experience in C-UAS operations in an operational theater (preferred)
* Instructional Experience must be within the last 5 years (preferred)
* Familiar with Link-16 and associated equipment and processes (preferred)
* US Army TRADOC TR 350-70 Instructor Certification within the last 5 years (preferred)
* Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level.
* Ability to travel for extended periods.
* Ability to translate technical manuals into hands on performance measure.
* Travel may be required-15%

Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols
