Toledo Assistant Site Manager - Reporting to the Site Manager

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Management and oversite of the "Blue Room" team at the Toledo location

Includes current staff performing MRP, PO Follow-Up, hot/rush parts, shopping carts, Maximo, etc.

Includes HR, process, procedure, and performance

Monthly metrics, BPD boards, KPI's, etc.

Reservation audits, POU audits PR issues/fixes, POU bin errors, cycle count setup/support

Training and training matrix, safety talks, employee onboarding, etc.

SAP reporting

Transactional investigations for problem resolution

Meeting attendance and support

Purchasing interaction/resolution/support

Maximo lead (site still uses Maximo) including problem resolution, transactional entry, etc.

The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) will provide operational and administrative support to Site Manager (SM) for a high-end client. The ASM will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual agreement. He/she will oversee the day to day activities of the site with minimal supervision in absence of the SM. The ASM will also be responsible for providing management oversight and driving operational accountability through effective decision making and leadership development processes while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:

+ Help administer security procedures, conduct periodic audits

+ Participate (when requested) in security incident investigations

+ Oversee account activities and meet with the client on a routine basis.

+ Ensure that a high level of safety awareness is implemented and maintained at the site.

+ Demonstrate the ability to communicate to individuals on various levels of a company's organization.

+ Comply and update post orders as needed.

+ Assist in hiring and onboarding of all new hires.

+ Report and submit documentation regarding any incident of alleged misconduct, poor performance or other alleged violation of law or policy as needed.

+ Schedule weekly work hours, time off requests while keeping overtime to a minimum.

+ Ensure security officers are adequately trained and maintain a record of all orientations conducted as they occur.

+ Identify and mentor employees who demonstrate the ability and desire to direct their career paths within the company.This includes providing timely and constructive feedback to employees during evaluations and performance reviews.
