A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO SERVICE ADVISOR

As an Auto Service Advisor, your friendly personality shines through in all your interactions! Whether over the phone or in person, you greet each customer graciously and listen carefully as you write up repair order tickets. You provide prompt customer service, raising the hood of the vehicle while competently communicating the value of preventative maintenance. As someone who is honest and persuasive without being pushy, you are effective at converting recommendations into sales.

Our crew appreciates your organizational skills and attention to detail as you book appointments and manage the workflow of our staff. You input job information into the database and set up appointments, providing the customer with a realistic timeline of when the work will be completed. An excellent communicator, you serve as a liaison between customers and technicians. You keep customers in the loop throughout the repair process, providing updates and contacting them when their vehicle is ready for pickup. Sometimes you'll even take their car for a test drive to ensure everything is running smoothly.
