What You Will Contribute:
The Customer Success Analyst plays a key support role in helping BEACON customers get the most out of their water system solutions. This position assists with data analytics and day-to-day customer support activities. The Customer Success Analyst works closely with internal teams to ensure customers have the tools, resources, and information they need to be successful. This role also provides data to identify customer issues, gather feedback, and maintain accurate records to support overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Duties
* Assist with onboarding new customers into the Customer Success program in coordination with the Customer Success Specialist
* Monitor BEACON profiles and analyze data to identify patterns, risks, opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Collaborate with Customer Success Specialists to develop actionable insights and strategies for assigned accounts based on analysis findings
* Implement and maintaining BEACON features to enhance the customer experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support, Field Sales Support, etc.) on customer-reported issues to ensure quick response times
* Providing insight and relay the voice-of-customer with internal teams, including sales, product/software marketing, technical support, field support and engineering
* Communicate regular business reviews and performance insights to customers
* Communicate data-driven feedback and process improvement recommendations to improve service offerings
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, feedback and complaints for analysis and reference
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years of experience in customer success, business analysis, or a related role.
Qualifications:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Experience with customer success platforms and CRM tools preferred.
* Familiarity with water systems or utility services is a plus but not required.

What You Will Contribute:
Badger Meter is looking for a 1st shift Assembler in our Milwaukee Plant. This person will work in a clean, air-conditioned facility. We are willing to train for the right person!
This position is responsible for overall assembly process. General duties include building, assembling, testing, injection molding and packaging a variety of meters or meter reading technology products. You will be responsible for performing the various job functions as described below at an acceptable level of efficiency and quality. The work is completed through manual assembly, utilization of various specialty pieces of equipment, or automated machinery. Employees regularly rotate through various workstations within their home department and occasionally work in other areas of the facility depending on workload and customer orders. Responsible for observing safe work habits and maintaining cleanliness of work area
Major Job Duties/Accountability:
Perform a variety of operations such as assembly of meters, leak testing, meter testing, and packaging of meter products while following safety guidelines
Assemble products, following work instructions ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements
Set up and operate meter accuracy and leak test equipment to determine acceptability of product
Operate computer to check schedules, obtain part drawings, set up work procedures and update manufacturing status of jobs
Work from dispatch lists or production schedules to obtain required daily output
Perform a variety of tasks such as operation of plastic injection molding machines and perform secondary operations to molded parts such as degating, sprue removal and drilling
May operate and tend to multiple machines simultaneously
Follow work instructions ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements
Check parts visually and with the use of inspection tools, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure parts meet specified quality standards
Perform part counts and/or scale counts and prepare identification tickets for outgoing materials
Load, unload and debur parts
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience
High School degree preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass internal forklift and hazmat training if applicable
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Maintains open communication and positive working relationships with staff
Basic math skills
Ability to read, write and speak English

Job Summary
The Customer Care Operations Documentation & Training Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and administering the documentation, training, and administrative processes that support Customer Care operations specific to Technical Support. Key focus areas include FLASH notices, incident management platforms/processes/procedures, knowledge database and use cases for AI, and alignment with the PPQ (Product, Process, Quality) framework. This role ensures that information is accurate, accessible, and actionable for Customer Care teams, while supporting adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Administration
* Develop, standardize, and maintain documentation for FLASH notices, incident management processes, and related Customer Care procedures.
* Ensure all materials align with the PPQ framework, compliance requirements, and audit standards.
* Manage version control, content lifecycle, and accessibility of documentation across platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Confluence, LMS).
* Establish knowledge base and test AI agent user cases
Training & Enablement
* Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support Customer Care Technical Support employees on processes, incident management systems, and FLASH protocols.
* Partner with leadership, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to translate technical and process details into clear, engaging training content.
* Support onboarding by providing accessible training modules and updated documentation.
Incident Management & FLASH Processes

The Production I Materials is responsible for the support of all departments (plant and administration) in the Milwaukee Facility and for observing safe work habits and maintaining cleanliness of work area. Prepares materials for shipment to other Badger Meter facilities and prepares appropriate shipping documents
Ability to read and understand customer orders
Prepares and packs customer orders for shipment, double checking parts for pick accuracy.
Packs parts securely into cartons per most recent department standards and methods
Maintains carton stock at station
Processes courier packages through computerized shipping system.
Packs configured customer orders, Office Services orders, and miscellaneous shipping orders
Sets up and operates hot stamping and engraving machines as part of the identification procedure for meters and parts
Stores Keeper:
Performs diversified material movement tasks by utilizing hand, power trucks and electric hoist
Locates, selects, and issues productive materials, parts and assemblies to requesting departments throughout the plant and work centers for current shift production and staging of next-shift start up as directed by management or cell workers
Receives, counts, weighs, records, prints ID tags and stores production materials and parts and performs the related inventory transactions in inventory control and production reporting systems
Performs floor to file cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits. Removes ID tags from all reusable containers
Performs loading and unloading of trucks, pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand as required or with electric hoist
Prepares the necessary documents for product processed by outside vendors. Consolidates inventory in bins to reduce storage space needed
May fulfill pick lists, resupply orders and outside operation orders
Shipping/Receiving:
Performs diversified distribution tasks
Utilizes power trucks to move product throughout the plant
Receives, identifies, inspects and enters into the inventory control software all incoming materials
Delivers the incoming materials and parts to production and support departments
Locate, prepare and stage for pick-up outgoing shipments, checking quantities against the customer orders and adhering to special shipping and labeling requirements of the material and customer
Process shipments through the Transportation Management Software
Loads and unloads outgoing and incoming truck shipments
Loads trailers and prepares documents for product going to other Badger Meter facilities
Unloads trailers from other Badger Meter facilities verifying incoming products to supporting documentation
Education and Experience:
High School Degree/GED preferred

Learning & Development Architecture & Governance
Build a coherent learning architecture that balances enterprise-wide programs with region-specific offerings (U.S., Mexico, Europe), using a blended approach (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, digital).
Establish standards for program design, facilitation quality, and participant experience; oversee vendor selection and management for leadership development, assessments, coaching, and digital learning platforms.
Talent Analytics & Impact Measurement
Define and manage key metrics and dashboards to evaluate the impact of talent development initiatives.
Use data and employee insights (e.g., engagement results, 360 feedback, program evaluations) to refine programs and shape strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
External Trends & Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of latest developments in talent management and development, including talent retention, leadership and employee development, organization effectiveness, succession practices, and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field required. Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Adult Learning, or MBA preferred.
Experience
8-12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating senior leadership, management, and broad-based development programs across multiple audiences and levels.

What You Will Contribute:
You will support customers and internal stakeholders by providing any or a combination of the following services: researching and responding to customer inquiries either in person, by telephone, e-mail, fax, or other correspondence.

Rebuilds and repairs somewhat complicated machinery and equipment.

What You Will Contribute:
This position is responsible for planning, performing, coordinating and supervising all internal audit work at the Company, including work done at foreign and remote locations. The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for planning, performing direct testing of accounts, transactions and controls, as well as coordinating and supervising other personnel (1 direct report currently or external resources) assigned to assist in such functions and working closely with the Company's external auditors. This role participates in quarterly meetings with the Company's Audit & Compliance Committee and provides periodic updates on audit plan progress/results.
Major Job Duties/Accountability:
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Internal Audit Manager include, but are not necessarily limited to, planning, documentation and testing of Section 404 internal controls (conducting management's testing), providing assistance to external auditors, assisting in establishment of processes and controls for new accounting regulations and new business functions, performing secondary reviews of selected financial reports, performing operational audits of various company policies and business functions, assisting in acquisition and divestiture activities, and other projects as assigned. These areas are more fully defined below.
Section 404 Controls
* Develop an annual internal audit plan for testing Section 404 internal controls, including design, scope, and frequency of tests to be performed, and review such plans with management and the Audit Committee on a periodic basis.
* Perform or supervise the performance of internal audit work, including testing of key controls and selected account balances and transactions.
* Maintain appropriate documentation of audit work
* As necessary, provide process-owners with training on proper accounting procedures, required internal control procedures and risk awareness.
* Identify any control gaps and assist management in correcting those gaps.
* Perform follow-up reviews to ascertain whether control gaps have been adequately addressed.
* Implement continuous improvement ideas to rationalize internal controls, testing procedures, and documentation to ensure management's testing is conducted efficiently and effectively.
Assist External Auditors
* Work with the external auditors to assure coordination between internal and external audit activities as appropriate.
* Where requested, assist external auditors in selected audit procedures to improve overall audit efficiency and reduce external audit cost.
New Regulations and Business Functions
* When requested, assist the VP-Controller in reviewing new accounting regulations and developing appropriate company policies and procedures to assure compliance with such requirements.
* When requested, assist appropriate officers in development of new company policies and procedures for new business functions, such as new services offered to customers, new business systems or emerging areas such as ESG/sustainability.
* Assist in the establishment of proper internal controls over any new information technology systems implemented by the Company.
Financial Reviews
* Assist the VP-Controller in performing periodic review of selected financial reports, including 10Q and 10K filings, to assure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Operational Audits
* Develop an annual internal audit plan for operational non-SOX audits.
* Plan and execute audits of various operational areas within the company as assigned by the CFO.
* Identify non-compliance with company policies or standard business practices, and any potential improvements in the business processes.
* As necessary, assist in the implementation of deficiency corrections or process improvements and perform follow-up reviews to ascertain that corrections or improvements have been properly implemented.
* Develop and provide written audit reports to the appropriate members of the management team upon completion of the operational audits.
Acquisitions and Divestitures
* As requested, assist in any due diligence processes in connection with potential acquisitions
* As requested, assist in data compilation and process changes in connection with any potential divestitures of product lines
Participate in Audit Committee Meetings to ensure that results of ongoing internal audit activities and other examination activities are appropriately presented;
Qualifications:
* 8 or more years of experience

What You Will Contribute:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is primarily responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices in the Accounts Payable system in accordance with prescribed procedures and accounting practices. Included in this function are necessary control procedures insuring proper processing and payment of vendors. Invoice processing consists of auditing invoices for proper general ledger account number, price, receipt, sales tax, discounts, and approvals.
Job Duties:
Prepare invoices by verifying the three-way match of invoice to purchase order to receipt, auditing each invoice for proper general ledger account number, sales tax, pricing, and quantity, and Marshing information and approvals.
Match payment documents (check/direct deposit) to vendor invoices, verifying that the vendor's name and address (when applicable) matches the payment.
Periodically review outstanding reports identifying received/not invoiced purchase orders to follow up with vendors or others throughout the company.
Print all applicable accounts payable reports during the month end closing process and prepare the related general ledger account analysis.
Perform back up duties for others in the department when they are out of the office such as inventory invoice processing
Review new vendors to obtain W-9 forms and tax identification numbers and update this information in the A/P system.
Annually, assist the staff accountant to compile the list of vendors requiring a 1099 tax form, update information in the 1099 program, and distribute the tax forms on or before the required due date.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the department; Manage outgoing FedEx packages for Finance Department.
Participate in cross-training for self-development as well as to add to the depth of knowledge necessary to support the volume and variety of work.
Education and Experience:
High School/GED required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred

What You Will Contribute:
The Manager, Total Rewards works collaboratively within the Total Rewards and the broader HR team to drive the execution and administration of Badger Meter's Total Rewards programs. What You Will Contribute:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for advanced product research and support of mechanical and flow technologies. This includes exploration and implementation of other engineering disciplines for developing new products, enhancing existing products, or sustaining current product offerings. The Senior Engineer has direct responsibilities for the technical nature and content of the design as well as the quality, reliability, and verification. The Senior Engineer ensures all products are designed for manufacturability and assembly. This position also involves comprehensive testing, test plans, and interfacing with customers.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will work with internal disciplines including Marketing, Manufacturing, Production, and Quality to meet project deliverables. Project deliverables satisfy marketing and technical design criteria that achieve the project schedule, project budget, and product cost.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Create, execute, and document verification test plans to ensure products meet design, market and customer requirements. Create or direct the creation of Test Specifications to be used by Badger Meter Quality and Manufacturing departments to ensure that product is adequately tested prior to shipment to customers.
Coordinate testing with test labs when certified results are needed. These include but are not limited to, CE, NSF, UL, FM, and Intrinsic Safety.
Partner with purchasing and manufacturing engineering to determine product costs. Make design changes to reduce cost based on input from purchasing and manufacturing engineering.
Work with engineering documentation group to release newly developed products. Create or direct the creation of Product Specifications based on results of verification testing. This document with the Design Specification is used to create installation briefs, technical briefs, and other marketing documentation.
Ensure that germane new concepts are known, investigated, reviewed, and recommended for evaluation and consideration by management for new and existing products.
Work closely with Designers to develop innovative new products. Create or direct the creation of Design specifications to meet the market requirements as laid out in the Marketing Specification. Include manufacturing in the design process to assure new products are compatible with Badger Meter's production processes.
Work with Project Managers to develop project timelines and documentation including design, test and product specifications, and cost estimates.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments to support existing customers and upcoming bids. Provide product return support and analysis including field troubleshooting. Work with customer support, quality, and sales to diagnose claims.
Mentor and coach technical staff, providing technical or procedural assistance.

What You Will Contribute:
The Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Strategic and Tactical initiatives within Badger Meter to support changing business needs. You will assist the Strategic Sourcing Manager with managing vendor relationships, new product development, project implementation, process efficiencies, implementing sourcing strategies, finding new suppliers, and evaluating current suppliers. This role may have direct buying responsibilities of commodities as the procurement department requires. The work performed in this role will support all Safety, Quality, On-time Delivery, Cost, and Continuous improvement activities to achieve Badger Meter's corporate goals.
Job Duties:
Drive proactive involvement in all functional activities related to sourcing (attending project meetings, working with appropriate individuals to understand new part requirements, etc).
Review and evaluate supply base by commodity to identify optimal sources for Badger Meter while consolidating to align with strong supply partners.
Evaluate and analyze supplier capabilities to determine best overall value and recommend suppliers for development of new or improvements to existing products to the Project Teams.
Perform on-site supplier evaluation visits to assist in the recommendation process.
Analyze and schedule material purchases utilizing Badger Meter's ERP system and tools.
Set planning parameters and issue PO's to support production requirements (optimizing the process to maintain short lead-times, low inventory, yet supplying required materials in a timely manner, etc).
Support Procurement Department in necessary metric reporting or any other required procedure in the department (supplier performance reports, supplier risk analysis reports, supplier capacity reviews, supplier quality certification status, on-time delivery reporting, ppm analysis, etc).
Up to 15% travel required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain desired
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Advanced Proficiency in LX preferred
Basic ability to read blueprints required

The Badger Meter Internship Program provides hands-on, real-world experience to students through projects that make a difference! In addition to your projects, you will be given the opportunity to participate in our robust Intern program focused on Badger Meter Culture, professional development, community outreach and a final capstone project.
Badger Meter is hiring two Information Technology Interns (one freshman and one sophomore). The Information Technology Intern will get an introduction to Windows desktop support and gain experience with the technical operations of a manufacturing organization. The Information Technology Intern will provide direct technical assistance to Badger Meter staff for network, hardware and software issues. The Information Technology Intern will be responsible for imaging and building hardware, installing software, user access requests, troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, and networking issues), determining root cause of problems, and working with third party IT vendors.
Essential Job Duties:
Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions
Support PC and laptop hardware, Windows operating systems, install and configure additional software as needed
Perform routine hardware repairs, coordinate with 3rd party vendors for additional servicing needs
Document activities, solutions and other correspondence on service requests
Assist in maintaining inventory records
Contribute to technical documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development
Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use
Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Must be a freshman or sophomore only (2028 and beyond graduation date)
Intermediate computer/technical skills in Microsoft products
