Responsibilities: * Implements approved design concepts in conjunction with SVP of Design & Development * Identifies and recommends Contractors and sub contractors * Administers Request for Qualification (RFQ) & bid process * Develops complete bid packages for new build projects and renovation of assets * Directs, coordinates, and manages all construction activities * Ensures schedule adherence of project deliverables by contractors * Oversees project budgets and project schedules to ensure on-time and on budget project completion * Monitors overall quality levels of finishes and FF&E & OS&E procurement * Helps implement brand design standards and implement ongoing brand aesthetic policy working in conjunction with SVP of Design & Development and VP of Architecture and Marketing & Branding teams * Effectively prioritizes multiple projects (New Build as well as CapEx) concurrently * Reviews and understands, with professional proficiency, detailed construction documents, schedules and budgets. * Acts as liaison between contractor and the design & development department. Qualifications: * 7+ years of construction experience; hospitality design preferred * Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Project Management preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
