Max Hospitality is currently seeking a Barback for Max Downtown, located in the heart of Downtown Hartford. The Barback plays a key role in the ease of assisting bartenders in order to provide the best service to our guests, acting as the bartenders right hand person. The Barback will support bartenders by maintaining stock on the bar, cleaning and keeping an organized work station. This can consist of cleaning spills, clearing the area for new guests and detailing the tables in the tavern and on the bar.
