Your work will include, but not be limited to:
* Client Services Administration
* Deliver superior client service
* Serve as a liaison between internal staff, custodian, and others as needed
* Preparation of new account paperwork
* Preparation of paperwork for account changes
* Preparation of account transfer paperwork and verification of asset transfer eligibility
* Ensure timely completion of account transfers and other paperwork processing
* Frequent communication with custodians and internal staff
* Monitor and follow up on alerts
* Identify and communicate client service opportunities to internal professionals
* Assist with money movement activities
* General
* Adhere to PMFA policies and procedures
* Develop, document, and/or maintain process policies and procedures for department
* Frequent interaction with internal and external professionals
* Cross train and back up to other team members roles in operations
* Assist in testing and roll out of system upgrades, system integration and new technology
* Coordinate workload with other team members
* Review agreements and be familiar with terms to ensure paperwork is in compliance
* Self-review of tasks performed, including client deliverables
* Manage and prioritize tasks and workflows
* Serve as a liaison between advisors and the broader PMFA operations team
* Field questions related to client data, reports, or any items as a result of work

The qualifications.
* 2+ years administrative or investment industry experience required
* High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
* Client service orientation combined with creative problem-solving skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities; ability to successfully interact with clients and other professionals to effectively deliver quality professional services to clients

Upload, certify and submit single audit reporting packages to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse
Daily tracking of report package status and reporting to FRP leadership and audit teams
Administrate the FRP online platforms, including Yammer, Knowledge Share page and Teams sites
Coordinate various training sessions/team meetings as requested
Assist with various projects as needed
Assist in the Print room as needed
Other duties as assigned.

Your role.
Forget about busy work. As an intern, you'll be treated just like our entry-level staff. You'll help instill confidence in organizations large and small by assuring their financial health. We'll give you the flexibility to craft business solutions, not just spreadsheets. Your work will include, but not be limited to:
* Perform cost segregation studies of facilities in a range of industries and conduct site inspections, if needed Develop experience in leading construction software
* Conduct estimation of real and personal property building components
* Perform detailed cost estimates in all divisions
* Reconcile construction cost data to client accounting data
* Perform digital quantity takeoffs
* Analyze construction cost information and construction drawings
* Research specific technical issues
* Work directly with clients, identify and resolve issues as they emerge
* Develop relationships with clients and staff, including involvement in networking and business development activities
The qualifications.
* Detail-oriented leader with problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
* Strong estimating skills
* Understanding of Legal Construction Documentation
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, accounting or related area
* Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
* Preferably, have completed one entry-level accounting course and an estimating class
This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA.
