As an Assessments & Exercises Vice President in the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls line of business, you will contribute significantly to enhancing the firm's cybersecurity or resiliency posture by using industry-standard assessment methodologies and techniques to proactively identify risks and vulnerabilities in people, processes, and technology. Design and deploy risk-driven tests and simulations (or manage a highly skilled team that does) and inform analysis to clearly outline root-causes. JPMC's Assurance Operations organization is looking to expand its Cybersecurity Red Team with an experienced Social EngineeringOperator specializing in phishing and vishing assessments. The primary focus of this role will be to perform and manage hands-on offensive security activities leveraging social engineering skillsets as part of Red Team engagements against critical JPMC assets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in cybersecurity assessments, to include social engineeringoperations like phishing and vishing, and will be able to demonstrate a general knowledge of computer networking fundamentals, modern threats and vulnerabilities, attack methodologies, and testing tools related to social engineering. The Cybersecurity Red Team consists of highly skilled and qualified members who conduct advanced adversary emulation operations to replicate cybersecurity threats targeting the firm. This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Risk Role (HRR) systems, which mandates successful completion of enhanced screening, including criminal and credit background checks, before starting employment and annually thereafter.
Job responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or resiliency, with demonstrated exceptional organizational skills to plan, design, and coordinate the development of offensive security testing, assessments, or simulation exercises
* Knowledge of US financial services sector cybersecurity or resiliency organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, regulations, threats, risks, and incident response methodologies
* Ability to identify systemic security or resiliency issues as they relate to threats, vulnerabilities, or risks, with a focus on recommendations for enhancements or remediation, and proficiency in multiple security assessment methodologies (e.g., Open Worldwide Application Security Project (OWASP) Top Ten, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework), offensive testing tools, or resiliency testing equivalents

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building.
+ Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, etc.
+ Verify field conditions and perform any necessary repairs or adjustments.
+ Repair doors, ceilings, hand railings, and floors and other general repairs, adjustments, and installations throughout the property.
+ Perform repairs to plumbing fixtures. This includes water closets, urinals, flush valve assemblies, lavatories, etc.
+ Inspect engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling tower, all motors, house pumps, electric rooms, back-up generator, fire pumps, sump pumps, and ejector pumps.
+ Replace lamps, light fixtures, reinstall or replace signage.
+ Document and report activities to supervisor.
+ Respond immediately to emergency situations. This includes fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.
+ Complete all required Safety Training as scheduled and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments with creative problem-solving.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job fields within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or sensitive information.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED or equivalent experience, with 4-5 years of job-related experience, preferred.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities
Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment. Maintains and repairs equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Maintains the building and its related systems. Qualifications
1. Five (5) years experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred
2. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
3. Valid state driver's license.
4. Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade that is relative to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc)
5. High School Diploma or equivalent required
6. 3 to 5 years electrical experience preferred
7. Knowledge of network cabling
8. Fimiliar with the NEC
9. Knowledge of 3 phase wiring
