I am looking for Plastic Injection Operators and assemblers at a Newbury manufacturing plant. The job involves removing parts from a plastic injection press or assembling parts after they are produced. The shifts are 1st shift-6am-2:30am Monday through Friday
2nd shift-3pm-11:30pm Monday through Friday
3rd shift-11:30pm-7am Sunday through Thursday
The positions are interim to direct. Money goes up once you are hired in.

Mark/label completed container(s)/bundle(s) with designated item information according to establish quality standards.
Record production data.
Remove molded parts from the collection bin or table and perform visual inspection for conformance to established quality standards.
Maintain clean and organized work area making sure to properly discard rejected parts and to keep area free of debris and standing water.
Perform duties in conformance with all established safety policies and procedures.
Transfer parts in/out of drying tunnel as required/instructed.

Job PurposeThe Operator IV - Ozone Operator is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and adjusting ozone process equipment to support daily production. This role ensures the system runs within safe operating limits, meets product quality standards, and complies with all company policies and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operations• Start up and shut down ozone equipment in accordance with operating procedures, production schedules, and plant conditions• Monitor operating parameters and make process adjustments to maintain safe, efficient, and stable ozone production• Complete routine field rounds to inspect tanks, piping, valves, instrumentation, compressors, and ozone generation equipment• Identify abnormal conditions and take corrective action or escalate to supervision or maintenance as needed• Communicate operational status to incoming shifts and leadership
Safety• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures as outlined in the SH&E manual• Wear proper PPE at all times, including respiratory protection when required• Complete monthly safety training and participate in safety meetings• Support Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and hazard identification activities• Immediately report safety concerns, near misses, or equipment issues
Quality• Collect samples for testing and use quality results to make adjustments• Maintain knowledge of ISO 9001 policies and procedures related to ozone production• Participate in ISO audits when requested
Administrative / Housekeeping• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe control room and work area• Complete production logs, shift documentation, and handoff summaries accurately• Follow established procedures for lockout/tagout, confined space, and work permits
Work Schedule• Must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
Qualifications• Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or ozone operation strongly preferred• Ability to read instrumentation, flow diagrams, production instructions, and safety documents• Basic computer skills for logging data and completing reports• Ability to climb, lift, wear PPE, and work in a plant environment• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and communication

REPORT TO: Production Supervisor
PURPOSE
Operate automatic injection or transfer molding machine to produce a variety of quality parts to meet customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Record logs daily activities, downtime, lot control, reinspection and other applicable records; maintain records as necessary.
Read and follow instruction booklet as to: Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Standards and Specifications, Status ticket, etc.
Operate transfer-molding presses inside or outside of clean environment room to established standards as per work instructions; load preps into pot.
Remove parts with air gun or specialized tool; visually inspect parts for defects as per quality standards.
Notify Group Leader or Supervisor when equipment/machinery breakdowns occur or manufacturing process requires troubleshooting.
Under Supervisor's direction assist in relieving press operators or other qualified production operations for lunch and breaks: perform auxiliary operations and maintain established standards.
Observe all safety and health rules prescribed by the company; wear safety equipment as required; ensure lunchroom, locker, and work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly condition.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Summary
Operate and set-up stamping machines that cut, shape, and bend metal stock by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operates stamping presses and related process equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures, work instruction and specifications.
Positions work piece against fixtures or stops on machine bed or on die.
Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction.
Understands and comprehends quality requirements.
Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and notify appropriate personnel of any quality defects.
Ensure parts are properly stacked or packed for movement or shipment.
Must perform daily start-up safety checks prior to machine operation.
Must comply with all safety rules and policies.
Ensure that any potential safety hazard is reported to management immediately.
Must maintain a clean and organized work area.
