Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time SOC Operators in the North Canton, OH area. This position offers a pay rate of $19/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements:
1+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
Must be comfortable with technology (tablets, computers, Microsoft Suite, etcetera).
Intermediate computer and data entry skills.
Knowledge of Access Control / Video Monitoring Systems.
1-2 years of High Pace / Volume Security in GSOC / SOC.
Detailed oriented; over communicates, document & report all details.
Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
Must be flexible and team oriented.
2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Must be reliable.
A Security SOC Operator may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security SOC Operator will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Summary
Operate and set-up stamping machines that cut, shape, and bend metal stock by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operates stamping presses and related process equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures, work instruction and specifications.
Positions work piece against fixtures or stops on machine bed or on die.
Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction.
Understands and comprehends quality requirements.
Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and notify appropriate personnel of any quality defects.
Ensure parts are properly stacked or packed for movement or shipment.
Must perform daily start-up safety checks prior to machine operation.
Must comply with all safety rules and policies.
Ensure that any potential safety hazard is reported to management immediately.
Must maintain a clean and organized work area.
