5. Production Schedules
The project plan of a film or a documentary that highlights how a production budget will be spent over a given period until its completion is called a production schedule. The scheduling process starts with writing and analyzing the script, which is then broken down to determine and allocate the budget for each scene. The production schedule also includes several elements of the film including; cast actors, special effects, wardrobe, special equipment, stunts, extras, silent bits, production equipment, and many others.

6. SQF
The SQF (Safe Quality Food) Program is a GFSI-recognized food safety certification that covers all stages of the food supply chain using industry-specific codes.

- Review and approval of other department's documents and procedures to comply with Safe Quality Food (SQF) audit requirements.
7. HACCP
- Helped devolop all SOPs and HACCP programs for facility.
- Develop training programs for supervisors and hourly operators on HACCP and Quality topics to meet regulatory requirements and bakery business needs.
8. Bulk Ingredients
- Oversee the unloading of all Bulk Ingredients.
