Global Employer Branding Consultant - Full time, temporary position

We are seeking a driven employer branding/communications professional to create and implement global attraction and employee engagement strategies.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing a global employer branding strategy to more effectively attract and engage employees and candidates by featuring the wide array of employer branding initiatives catering to the full employee life cycle. You will prioritize stakeholder requests by being creative with a drive for testing, learning and applying insights anchored in data-driven decisions.

In this global role you will work closely with colleagues across different regions and teams. You'll build strong ties to the whole talent value chains (including DEI), collaborate with business units, as well as partner with external agencies. You will build first class programs to deliver on employer branding & employee engagement initiatives.
