**Position Summary**

Bridgestone Americas Technology Center provides an excellent learning environment for engineering and science Co-Ops. Co-Op students at Bridgestone are an integral part of the staff and are assigned tasks that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating. This program was designed to give real hands-on experience to students, who are willing to integrate classroom instructions with practical and valuable on-the-job work. During rotational periods (4,5 months each) you will have a chance to work on meaningful projects within the Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechatronics, and Chemical Engineering fields.
**Responsibilities**
Undertakes and successfully completes simple or basic project/product development tasks to include any of the following: writing and/or verifying specifications, maintaining product/process documentation, data analysis/processing, testing processes, equipment, raw materials and product, and validating equipment and processes
May assist in inventing / creating concepts and designs/approaches for new products/processes/test methods
Designs and coordinates engineering tests and experiments
Prepares standard reports/documentation to communicate results to technical community
Completes basic tasks on engineering documentation/review
Identifies areas for improvement and suggests solutions

Solid Technical Skills appropriate with level in school

The Senior Technician position requires your talent and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.
Pay Range: $19.00 - $30.85

**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
+ Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
+ Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous _paid_ formal training.
+ Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.

**Function Overview and Project Tasks/Responsibilities**
The goal of the Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) is to build our next generation of Supply Chain professionals. Our participants get the opportunity to gain high level visibility to leadership and create significant impact within a global manufacturing organization. The Manager Environmental, Health and Safety - Commercial Tire and Service Centers (CTSC) provides environmental, health and safety (EHS) leadership to develop/sustain a hazard-free work environment and promote a comprehensive safety culture. This position leads strategies related to implementing, reviewing, and documenting regulatory compliance. The incumbent will deliver the necessary training/field support to ensure compliance with EHS requirements throughout the organization. This will be a consulting role, enabling and empowering Regional/Center Managers to address safety issues. The position oversees the incident investigation process for all CTSC locations and Mileage Sales associates across the country. This associate will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for environmental regulations/compliance for each state and locality in which Goodyear operates in the United States (U.S.). This role also has responsibility for establishing processes/procedures to ensure alignment of EHS initiatives with all applicable regulations (including but not limited to Department of Transportation [DOT], Federal Transit Administration [FTA], Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration [FMCSA] and Occupational Safety and Health Administration [OSHA]).

**What You'll Do**
+ Develop protocol and implement related training to eliminate at-risk behavior and ensure compliance. Mentor the competency of managers in safety management practices, protocols, and procedures. Provide training and professional development for Center Management and Mileage Sales associates regarding EHS safety/compliance.
+ Manage the incident investigation process for EHS events in CTSC and Mileage Sales. Oversee/Implement the elements of the process (including coordination of reporting, investigations, documentation, and management of incidents/corrective actions). Oversee regular audits/inspections of company work areas (office/shops, field locations, plants, trucks, and equipment).
+ Act as a liaison to corporate EHS through on-going communication, collaboration and reporting. Establish practices for the proper disposal of waste streams. Design/Implement hazardous spill prevention/response plans for each location.
+ Ensure Retread plants/centers, Truck Care Centers, and Mileage Sales locations are appropriately permitted for applicable environmental laws, tire storage/disposal, and chemical usage. Oversee the testing of emissions and ensure Retread plants comply with environmental regulations.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field.
+ 7 or more years of experience in an EHS-related field (preferably in a manufacturing and/or service environment with multiple locations across a multi-state geography) - Experience must include developing, implementing and maintaining EHS programs and training, as well as in measuring EHS plan efficiency and proven ability in adjusting tactics to achieve results

Legal Counsel, Information Technology

The Legal Counsel - Information Technology will focus on providing legal counsel (as a key business partner) and subject matter expertise to Goodyear's Global Information Technology (IT) organization and support other business and/or technology units with IT contracting and other IT related issues as needed. This position will serve as the single point-of-contact to the IT team (working closely with other relevant inhouse counsels) to advise Goodyear on areas relating to IT, Intellectual Property (IP), data security, privacy, policy compliance, and related contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Draft, negotiate and manage a wide array of agreements (including procurement, service, software license, partnership, platform, strategic collaboration, pilot, non-disclosure and testing agreements), including all US and US-based global agreements for the IT organization and for other organizations such as marketing and HR to the extent they involve IT services.
+ Work closely on IT contracting matters with various procurement teams responsible for IT, marketing and other functions, with the IT vendor management team, with the Contracting Center of Excellence, and with other attorneys who support particular lines of business.
+ Serve as the primary legal point-of-contact for designated technology/business units. Develop and advise on strategies and risk mitigation. Review, revise and advise on IT policies and standards. Provide day-to-day IT legal counsel and support. Support IT litigation/disputes.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for all maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant operations: manufacturing, processing, packaging and associated utilities. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ You will guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages in equipment or areas of common occurrence (priority given to areas of highest incidence or impact). Ensure the detailed review all line, processes, and utilities that are essential to the business and those where failure can have an unacceptable impact on safety, personnel safety, food safety, environment, or compliance with the law.
+ Monitor plant/equipment trends to ensure highest possible operation and reduction of planned/unplanned downtime.
+ Propose and monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the Best Maintenance Practices.
+ Facilitate the evolution/refinement of maintenance activities to minimize planned and unplanned downtime (PM's, changeovers, etc.).
+ Maintain processing and packaging equipment and systems, decreasing unplanned downtime and growing reliability and availability.
+ You will implement of all repairs/modifications resulting from Gap assessments, plant audits (Maintenance, Food Safety, Safety Audits), and notifications are executed on time and offer a high quality workmanship.
+ Own the job planning, and validate all material and services planning for accuracy and efficiency.
+ Lead the documentation for equipment history, damage code and root cause analysis are completed accurately.
+ You will develop and lead a team maintenance/electrical and automation technicians to develop them as Factory SME's (subject matter experts). Train and guide them in the implementation and leadership of the NCE Reliability program in the factories.
+ Evaluate the performance of team members and provide periodic feedback to ensure development.
+ You will share other maintenance-related standard methodologies across all Nestlé factories, via the corporate engineering website, leadership/training guides, etc.
+ Collaborate with corporate engineers, suppliers, contractors, and plant partners to ensure customer needs are met.
+ Encourage close partnership between all functions (Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Quality Management, etc.).

**EXPERIENCE:**
+ 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of production equipment maintenance, required.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Excellence Expert (ME), as ME Category Support, ensures the development of Factory ME Manager, Production Manager and other key FLT roles in leveraging TPM/Autonomy and Industrial Performance (IP) methodologies to improve results in a continuous and sustainable manner. The role primarily works from the factory and provides guidance and support to define and execute the factory strategy and develop Autonomous Operational teams, as well as ensuring a regular update of accurate key manufacturing information and master data. The Manufacturing Excellence Expert acts as the center of expertise, resource for competence development, and can act as an escalation role for the factory with other corporate functions. This role focuses as well on reapplication of best practices across the different factories.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Development of the Tactical Improvement and Execution Plan of the Factories in the Category:
1. Enable the factories to translate the defined manufacturing strategy (at category level) into an Implementation plan considering the following:
- Business priorities & category ambition
- Loss analysis / External benchmarks
- 3 years planned progression of KPI's, People and workplace transformation (FactoryVision).
- Ability to leverage use of digital tools to help factory improve losses with applicable/relevant (Digital, Capex, Etc.) 2. Ensures the right cascading of the priorities and measures across all factories in the category.
3. Coach and support the Factory ME Manager to leverage TPM/Autonomy and IP tools to support the business needs and deliver the expected results.
