Routine cleaning of showers, restrooms, hobby rooms and community areas. Event set-ups as well as tear down and clean up afterwards. You will need a working knowledge of proper chemical mixing, and usage, in addition to stripping and waxing floors. Ability to work both independently and well as with others. Off-season projects may include deeper types of cleaning and small maintenance type tasks. Typical hours are M-F 4:30am - 1:30pm. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, operates with high integrity and efficiency. Has an eye for detail and is willing to go above & beyond to make an impact in our community. Responsibilities: Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuum, mops and cleaning solutions Clean all surfaces in the clubhouse and common areas fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor Vacuum, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture Empties trash baskets/containers and ashtrays. Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind Cleans toilets, urinals, wash basins and showers. Seasonal deep cleaning and light maintenance tasks Cleans leaves, dirt, paper and other debris from around buildings and in the courtyard/pool area. Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment A general knowledge of safety procedures and equipment pertinent to the work is required Contributes to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contributes to the overall team by being dependable, and on time Qualifications: Minimum 1 year previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred Valid drivers license, with 39 month driving record provided.
