    The Occupied Renovation Packing Manager oversees the logistics and supervision of packing operations for tenant-in-place unit renovations. This role involves coordinating packing teams, ensuring proper documentation, maintaining quality control, and communicating with residents and renovation supervisors. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage teams and tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Team Oversight: Supervise packing specialists and ensure they follow proper packing procedures, labeling, and safety guidelines. Scheduling & Staffing: Assign staff to job sites, create daily schedules, and ensure adequate coverage for each project phase. Quality Control: Review and approve packing checklists, photo submissions, and resident acknowledgment forms. Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized digital records of all packed units, photos, and resident signatures. Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the senior project manager. Training & Support: Train new packing staff on protocols, customer service expectations, and safety procedures. Offer ongoing feedback and support. Problem Solving: Handle on-site challenges including scheduling conflicts, resident issues, or missing documentation. Escalate concerns when necessary. Requirements 2+ years of experience in moving, packing, logistics, or renovation project management Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Comfortable working in occupied residential units with diverse populations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and cloud storage for documentation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Desired Skills Experience in construction, renovations, or property management environments High attention to detail, especially when handling client property Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills Basic tech skills for scheduling tools and photo documentation apps Compensation Competitive hourly.
