o On a daily basis, verify and attach backup documentation into AX for all customers, and perform the complete invoicing process for B2B customers.
o Maintain sales reporting and messaging between internal and external management.
o Learn company database systems to enable user support for internal departmental personnel and customer support.
o Answer customers' questions about URT products, services, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Recommend solutions to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
