Responsibilities:
Executes and leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as
studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports. Deliverables produced

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated SME level of knowledge of Army Aerial ISR (AISR) aircraft (QRC & POR) and sensor capabilities/employment, latest AISR R&D efforts and GDIP budget process
* Demonstrated knowledge of ISR capabilities - systems, personnel processes and the PPBE process and Army force Management.
* Experience in preparation and presentation of briefings on projects, studies and analysis to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers.
* Has a working knowledge of HQDA G-8/FDI or G-6 architecture, operations, or network integration or Cyber/EW/SIGINT
* Knowledge of Army and Joint PED and associated architecture
* Knowledge of TRADOC, INSCOM and PEO-IEW&S roles, missions and functions

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Associate to lead recruiting efforts in support of government contracting programs. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
The ideal candidate brings at least Three years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported federal government contracts and understand clearance requirements, labor categories, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including cleared, technical, and corporate positions
* Support the growth of the company through engaging critical stakeholders in the requirements gathering, recruiting, and business development/client solutions elements across departments
* Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, and timelines
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, and make decisions under pressure
* Elicit requirements from hiring managers to determine job duties
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and contract needs
* Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

* Support offer development, negotiation, and onboarding in coordination with HR and leadership

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, at least one year in a government contracting environment

* Experience in providing support to incoming and outgoing personnel in Government Travel Card Program, process GTC credit application, create/modify GTC user profiles within CitiDirect, maintain the GTC database, conduct monthly GTC review, prepare draft monthly GTC reports, and assist in inspection preparations of GTC program.
* Working knowledge to disseminate new guidance via email and/or G-2 intranet portal pertaining to DTS
* Attend conferences or meetings related to DTS and provide DAMI-RI with any updates that impact ODCS G-2.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 14 years of experience as an Army administrative specialist with financial oversight responsibilities at echelons from tactical to strategic.
* Minimum of 1 year of DTS Local Level Service Help Desk experience, to include ODTA support; ability to prepare and/or review DTS SOPs and provide relevant recommendations for improving established processes
