Overall Responsibilities: Under general direction, responsible for managing the work of junior staff and consultants to develop and produce a comprehensive project deliverable for medium projects or components of larger projects. Responsibilities: Manage feasibility studies, schematic designs and working drawings and project manual/specifications production for medium projects or projects with multiple packages. Job DescriptionDescription: The Captain will introduce the concept of the restaurant and reconfirm all allergies, food restrictions and other guest requests. The Captain is the relay between the kitchen and the server assistant to make sure the food is well coordinated with the kitchen and that glassware and marks are placed according to the menu.
