Overall Responsibilities: Under general direction, responsible for managing the work of junior staff and consultants to develop and produce a comprehensive project deliverable for medium projects or components of larger projects. Responsibilities: Manage feasibility studies, schematic designs and working drawings and project manual/specifications production for medium projects or projects with multiple packages. With guidance from Project Managers, Project Designers or Project Architects, can develop all phases of project while following design intent. Specific duties include (other duties may be added): Main duties will be serving as Ship's Captain of 264 FT steel Mobile Ship Target (MST II), located at Point Hueneme, CA. Direct daily vessel operations. Perform scheduled and unscheduled vessel maintenance.
