Manage the overall client relationship through the sales process, contracting, and invoicing. Coordinate and execute birthday events and special events plus other events. Liaison with the Food and Beverage team to ensure flawless execution of events and parties. Present and sell company services and products to current and potential clients. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients for referral leads. Provide on-the-job training to new Sales team members. Operate the Company's POS system and CRM. Cash Handling. Submit and follow up on purchase orders and account receivables. Obtaining deposits from guests. Confirmation of all sales orders. Responsible for ensuring proper resolution to guest complaints and inquiries. Develop and promote company branding in alignment with Company culture and values. Maintain professional knowledge up to date by participating in conferences and educational opportunities.
