Beginnings Credit Union (Beginnings) is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support for the Investment Solutions Program Manager and Financial Advisor's by performing administrative tasks, supporting client interaction and communication, assisting with information processing and monthly reporting, and facilitation of special projects. Duties will require excellent organizational skills, a strong willingness to learn, the ability to problem solve, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and process documentation related to wealth management clients and activities.
* Execute client requests in a timely manner.
* Prepare meeting agendas.
* Maintain accurate and organized client records and files.
* Schedule and confirm client appointments, managing FA's calendars.
* Onboard new clients utilizing various internal and external systems.
* Process referrals from website and internal sources.
* Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all activities adhere to industry regulations and standards.
* Support the management of the Investment Solutions external website.
* Process Investment Solutions department mail.
* Facilitate the identification, implementation, and maintenance of process improvements and efficient operating procedures within the department.
* Responsibilities may be added as the role progresses.
Requirements
* Willingness to obtain and maintain investment licenses (Series 6 & 7, insurance).
* 1-3 years' experience in an administrative or related role in a financial services environment is preferred.
* Ability to gain a strong knowledge of investment products and regulatory requirements will be required for success in this role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to provide clear and professional communication and excellent service to clients, staff, and vendors.
* Understands all software programs applicable to retail financial services and can use them proficiently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Ability to work well in both independent and highly collaborative settings.
* Ability to deal with ambiguity.
* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
* The ability to think strategically. Good problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and oversee all Consumer Lending department operations with regards to training, underwriting, processing and funding of direct and indirect auto loans
* Meet with direct reports at a minimum, monthly, to review performance, expectations, provide support and hold staff accountable for accomplishing goals and assigned tasks
* Establish and deliver goals to staff annually that contribute to and align with the strategic goals of the Credit Union
* Work directly and indirectly with internal departments to strengthen knowledge, provide support related to lending items and maintain effective cross-departmental relationships
* Partner with the Indirect Lending Sales Rep to maintain a competitive and profitable Indirect Lending Program, manage dealer relationships and agreements, providing support as needed in person, by phone or electronically and promote use of credit union's products and services.
* Generate, maintain, analyze and provides various monthly reports for organizational loan growth, staff productivity and portfolio performance for direct and indirect loans.
* Participate on teams to create efficiencies and lead or assist with the implementation of new processes, technology and departmental changes.
* Underwrite/Process loans in accordance with the Consumer Loan Policy.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Three to five years of consumer lending underwriting experience.
* Minimum two to three years of management experience.
* (1) A two-year college degree or (2) Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or (3) Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient in technology including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent judgement and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to build relationships within and outside the credit union.

Job Title : Real Estate Lending Associate
Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the loan servicing function in order to ensure the efficient and accurate servicing of mortgage loan accounts.
Maintains all paper and electronic files by accurately processing all loan origination components and documentation; Disburses all online applications; Manages conditions and handles as appropriate.

Prepares appropriate documentation for investors and prepares rate sheets.
Prepares mortgage commitment letters incorporating the terms and conditions as determined by the underwriter; Forwards appropriate documents to the settlement agent and follows-up to ensure deadlines are met on commitment expirations, rate locks, and closing dates.
Reviews legal documents prior to closing as follows: Verifies that conditions to close have been met and confers with attorneys as necessary; Acts as intermediary for title problems, boundary line issues, or other legal issues that surface; Informs management of pending situations that may halt or stall closing.
When the file is clear to close, prepares preliminary Closing Disclosures and distributes to client; Notifies attorney that the loan is clear to close; Schedules loan closings and gathers appropriate paperwork from settlement agent to prepare all closing documentation; Prepares all closing documents and reviews for accuracy; Orders title work to be done.
Computes initial aggregate escrow.
Process all closing documents received from settlement agent after closing; Disburse fees; Conduct a post-closing loan review; Prepares post-closing documentation as required for secondary market investors.
Oversees the disbursements of loan proceeds; prepares loan data for accurate upload to the core.
Requests appraisal inspections and title updates on construction loans; Receives invoices for work completed or materials purchased and issues checks or transfers mortgage funds for construction mortgages or home improvements for which funds are held in escrow; Prepares construction loan to go final.
Assists in making decisions on problem contracts and with other personnel with problems that arise as warranted.
Maintains activity logs and compiles information as directed to generate and prepare monthly reports; Provides monthly data to outside originators.

Job Title: Real Estate Lending Associate

Job Title: Contact Center Representative
Here's how you'll make an impact
Performs a wide variety of duties in support of the retail function order to meet the financial services needs of both internal and external clients in all markets that we serve.
* Answers incoming calls to the Company's Contact Center; responds to client inquiries as able or identifies Company personnel to respond to inquiries when unable to provide an immediate response.
* Proactively seeks ways to expand customer relationships in order to achieve customer satisfaction; maintains a working knowledge of the banks products and services.
* Receives all incoming internet email; responds to client inquiries as able, identifies personnel who can respond to client inquiries when unable to provide an immediate response; tracks the progress of email responses to ensure timeliness.
* Provides electronic banking support to both internal and external clients; including but not limited to Web Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and Link Live.
* Researches and rectifies Check Card and ATM card transaction processing difficulties for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provides deposit and loan account support by supplying answers to general inquiries and referring clients to additional products or services in order to meet client needs and deepen relationships.

& Responsibilities:
* Assist members and potential members with their financial needs by promoting and selling Beginnings deposit products and services.
* Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell Beginnings deposit and lending products and services to our members through various means of communication (in person, telephone, email).
* Make qualified referrals to Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Lending as appropriate.
* Support and fill in on the teller line as needed.
* Identify and act on opportunities to educate the member on products and services that can improve their financial position.
* Achieve or exceed individual and branch sales goals as assigned.
* To actively participate in the Sales Incentive Program, contributing to team and organizational sales goals.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* One year to three years of similar or related experience.
* Proven sales ability.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job.

Provides exceptional customer service to new and established financial institution clients, including cross-selling of products and services and cash receipt and payment services.
