Program Overview Our 10-week Business Management & Analytics Summer Internship offers a dynamic immersion into the operational and analytical backbone of Liquidnet. Interns gain hands-on exposure to the processes, data, and systems that support our client relationships and trading network. You'll be part of a small, focused cohort embedded within the Business Management & Analytics team, working alongside professionals who drive insights, streamline operations, and enhance client outcomes. This structure provides both deep functional learning and opportunities to collaborate across the broader organization. Program dates: Tuesday, June 2 - Friday, August 7, 2026 Your Experience As our only Business Management & Analytics intern, your summer will be shaped by real exposure to the business. You'll spend your days working on projects that combine data analysis, client support, and process improvement. Your day-to-day will include: Creating repeatable reporting frameworks that highlight trends and actionable insights in trader behavior. Improving client analysis techniques in partnership with the Sales team. Producing client performance analysis to highlight trading outcomes and opportunities. Supporting client requests and onboarding in collaboration with product support and legal teams. Designing process modifications to improve systems and workflows. Conducting ad hoc analyses to investigate operational issues and propose solutions. You'll also shadow team members to understand how Business Management & Analytics interacts with front-office coverage, gaining perspective on how data and operations underpin client relationships. Culture, Programming & Mentorship We aim to create a summer experience that's both professionally enriching and genuinely fun. Beyond your team, interns participate in structured programming designed to broaden your skills and network, including: Learning & Development Workshops Volunteer and Community Engagement Events Social and Networking Activities Each intern is matched with a dedicated mentor to support their development throughout the program. Mentors provide career advice, help navigate the firm, and serve as sounding boards for questions and ideas. Eligibility Criteria To be considered, candidates must: Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and pursuing a bachelor's degree. Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. Be authorized to work in the United States (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
