• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, as well as to ensure compliance with codes
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes in order to ensure compatibility and safety of the system
• Takes inventory, orders, and restocks items when assigned
• Cross-trains with other departments as assigned
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
• Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and according to specifications
• Maintains an effective preventive maintenance system
• Maintains plant quality and safety requirements
• Completes assigned work efficiently and per Tennessee Rand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)
• Assists in troubleshooting and correcting electrical problems in a fast-paced environment and conveys information to engineers to update or redesign equipment
• Works in a team performing work orders and providing technical support
• Records all maintenance activities, repairs and ensures all required materials and/or parts are available, prepared and organized as necessary to optimize manufacturing operations
• Tracks and develops electrical maintenance work
• Confers with team leads to identify or prevent potential problems and work through to resolution
• Travels to customer locations to reassemble cells
• Performs electrical rebuilds as required
• May assist in estimating time required to complete the required tasks
• Coordinates work with customer contacts to verify drop locations, hot work permits and other off-site requirements
• Complete required tasks by project specific dates
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for organizing and conducting occupational therapy interventions in the organization to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. The Occupational Therapist shall be responsible for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice in the provision of the full scope of Occupational Therapy services. The Occupational Therapist will provide the highest quality healthcare with compassion, patient centric vision, knowledge of current and emerging techniques and technologies, and cost effectiveness.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
Graduate of a school of Occupational Therapy
Certified Hand Therapist
BLS within 90 days of hire.

Equipment and Skills Training:
Standard patient care equipment for services provided. The ability to work well under pressure, to function dependently and independently and to be flexible in applying basic Occupational Therapy knowledge to a variety of settings. Equipment: Network Computer System, AT&T Language line.
Physical Environment:
May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases. May be exposed to the risk of blood borne diseases. May work with combative patients. Will be expected, as directed by supervisor, to provide services for any area in the hospital in which the employee demonstrates competency.
Physical Effort:
Able to communicate in English verbally and legibly.
Prolonged, extensive, or considerable walking.
Frequently lifts, positions, transfers, and pushes patients.
Frequently walks with patients.
Frequently moves supplies and equipment requiring moderate physical effort (lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.).
Manual dexterity and mobility.
Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
Occasionally removes or replaces supplies or equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. from locations at or above shoulder level.
Carry patients down three flights of stairs using stretchers or wheelchairs during an evacuation.
Must be able to safely maneuver weight of patient.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Performs initial and ongoing assessments related to patients' conditions and/or plans of care.
Develops and establishes treatment plans based on standards of practice using an interdisciplinary approach with patients, families, and staff.
Demonstrates knowledge and ability to apply therapeutic principles and practices consistent with standards established by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Progresses patients through levels of treatment effectively and safely to maximize patients' outcomes.
Performs patient and family discharge planning including provision of accurate and pertinent education, establishment of home exercise programs, and submission of appropriate discharge recommendations.
Consults with other staff members to coordinate physical therapy services.
Participates in the orientation and skill development of new team members.
Performs timely, thorough, and complete documentation of patients' care.
Maintains work areas and personal appearance in a way that reflects professionalism and demonstrates cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
Provides direction and guidance to technicians and other staff as needed.
Participates in activities that improve department effectiveness, processes, communication, and/or image in the organization. xevrcyc

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Under general supervision, supports engineering teams by performing technical tasks that require an intermediate understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Utilizes digital tools and design software (e.g., CAD, BIM, 3D modeling) to create, modify, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.
May begin to provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineering technicians
Continues to learn and remains current on standards, systems, document control, departmental guides and B&V policies and procedures.
Begins to proactively apply knowledge of the B&V Quality Program to ensure that the deliverables are accurate and compliant.
Demonstrates personal accuracy and supports continuous improvement and change management efforts.
Broadening the use of applications to learn to continuously evaluate and improve methods, processes and procedures used to accomplish deliverables.
Create and develop deliverables based on a variety of design inputs.
May perform basic computations such as material quantity estimates and dimensional checks. Assist in coordinating deliverables with other groups involved on the same project to minimise interference or errors.
Focuses on the needs of internal clients while gaining a basic understanding of external clients' main interests and drivers.
Proactively seeks and shares knowledge of the latest technologies and processes
Qualifications:
This is for Electrical, so 2-3 years drafting experience for electrical projects (not interested in folks who have a civil focus).
Experience with substation would be nice (schematics, wiring, site layouts).
2-3 years of experience with Autodesk AutoCAD (Microstation a plus).
This is specifically for the Chattanooga office at this location - 1232 Premier Drive, Suite 320, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
NEED a drafter to sit in this office, specifically to grow their expertise around a client that is local to their office. So this would be exclusive to someone who is in a commutable distance to the Chattanooga office.
