Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with GTM business goals and drive performance.

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-driven Field Enablement Manager to join our Global Field Enablement organization. Reporting to the Head of Global Field Enablement, this role will support global enablement programs for our sales, technical, and channel teams.

Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Coordination
* Execute field enablement programs across onboarding, continuous learning, skills development, and readiness assessments.

* Drive adoption and proficiency in core sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, value selling frameworks, discovery practices) and GTM processes.
* Support training and documentation for tools such as CRM workflows, forecasting, account planning, and sales execution platforms.
Communications & Change Management
* Manage enablement communications, including updates, launch plans, newsletters, and field-facing announcements.
* Provide clarity and consistency across regions during program rollouts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
