Description
As an UGG Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty. You understand the importance our modeling our Service Training Program and you greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store. You ensure that all customer questions are addressed accurately and responded to before they leave. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including effectively communicating our return policy. You maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image in all interactions including adhering to a dress code. You provide exceptional customer service to both our in-store customers and those who call on the phone.
In your role as a Sales Associate, you understand that your role extends beyond the sales floor. You know how to operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers, and merchandize product in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards. You also maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area and employee break area, which includes daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting. How You'll Make a Difference
The Asset Manager is responsible for helping to develop and maintain asset-level financial models that forecast detailed profit and loss in order to optimize cash flow at the property level. This role closely interacts with our Accounting, Marketing and Operations Team to ensure successful implementation of our financial initiatives.
Assists in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Sheriff's Public Safety Dispatchers have the opportunity to serve their communities in a unique way; following the Sheriff's Vision of Total Care and connecting services to citizens in their time of need. Public Safety Dispatchers are assigned to the Public Safety Facility in Placerville, CA and have the opportunity to serve as Communication Training Officers and Tactical Dispatchers.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to:
* Receive, analyze and evaluate 911, emergency and business calls, and other public utility service calls; transfers calls to appropriate parties or creates a law enforcement call for service.
* Operates multi-channel radio systems, monitors other communication channels, while maintaining radio traffic on main channels.
* Responds to law enforcement-initiated radio traffic and request and relays information to law enforcement units.
* Operates computer equipment to access local, state and federal criminal justice information systems; operates communication systems to transmit and receive information with allied law enforcement agencies.

Public Safety Dispatch I:
Experience: Equivalent to graduation from high school;
AND One (1) year of public contact and/or non-emergency dispatching experience.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
The Sheriff's Personnel Unit will screen all applications to identify qualified candidates. Those applicants who meet the minimum requirements for this position will be required to complete a pre-investigative questionnaire. Based on the information provided, applicants may be disqualified based on criteria set forth in Part 7, Section 706.1 of the County of El Dorado Personnel Rules and in conjunction with Sheriff's Selection Policy 1000. After screening, qualified candidates will be referred to the next step and notified of all further procedures applicable to their status in the recruitment process.

CritiCall Computer Exam (Weighted 100%): The CritiCall exam will be utilized to determine an applicant's ranking and placement on the eligibility list. The examination has been tentatively scheduled for January 15th - January 18th, 2026. If it is determined that you meet the minimum qualifications and are therefore eligible to participate, you will be notified by email prior to the examination.
If you have taken this examination within twelve (12) months prior to the scheduled date of the examination, you may elect to transfer that examination score or sit for the examination again; you must contact Sheriff's Personnel prior to the scheduled exam date to request that your previous score be transferred.
Attend an in-person Q&A Information Session hosted at the Sheriff's Office to learn more about being a Dispatcher. Applicants who pass the CritiCall examination will be invited to the information session, tentatively scheduled for January 22nd, 2026 at 6:30pm. While attendance is optional, it is strongly encouraged for candidates to attend to understand what the position entails. This will provide you with an opportunity to receive a realistic overview of the position to ensure this is the right position and agency for you. There will be no makeup sessions offered.
