This position will focus on all aspects of retail pharmacy including: order entry and review, pharmacy operations management, medication adherence, MTM, and immunizations. This requires someone who is open to innovation, outgoing, assertive, great at multi-tasking, customer focused, detail-oriented and someone who has leadership skills including people management and excellent communication skills. Experience with leading a small retail team and pharmacy management is preferred.

Non-sterile prescription compounding, preparation and dispensing of medications in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards.
Performing basic pharmaceutical calculations in order to obtain correct dosages of medications
Accurately label and package medications
Esures pharmacy surfaces and hoods are cleaned and sanitized
Inspects equipment and documents any equipment failures or defects
Assists with recording and maintaining pharmacy temperature & cleaning logs
Train and oversee other technicians

Qualifications
Registered Pharmacy Tech with MO Board of Pharmacy
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of compounding lab experience
Ability to cope with varying levels of workload and multiple tasks
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
Willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment
