Coast to Coast Restoration is seeking a skilled Mitigation Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate mitigation projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for assessing project requirements, selling services, managing resources, and leading project teams to ensure successful outcomes. The Mitigation Project Coordinator will work closely with clients, contractors, managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget and scope while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect, Estimate, and Sell:
Conduct site inspections to assess project needs (water, mold, smoke, and fire damage).
Document findings with notes and photos.
Prepare project scope and cost estimates.
Follow up on estimates until a determination is made.
Execute job signings, spending more than 50% of time outside the primary office location.
On-Site Duties: Initial and Ongoing Project Support
Serve as the primary contact with homeowners for all aspects of the EMS project.
Coordinate and schedule testing, abatement, pack-out, and appliance removals as needed.
Ensure technicians have required equipment and oversee daily operations for quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Oversee water damage crews to ensure proper equipment usage and service quality.
Conduct pre-Matterport documentation.
Ensure inspection before mold clearance tests.
Schedule lead technicians and/or subcontractors for required work.
Create video walkthroughs of project recommendations.
Utilize Mitigate, Google Photos, and management software for project tracking and daily notes.
Ensure lead technicians update project documentation daily.
On-Call Assignment
Be available for emergency calls 1-2 weeks per month.
General Responsibilities
Foster a positive work environment and maintain company culture.
Keep work vehicle clean and organized; maintain professional appearance.
Report all project issues and updates to the Mitigation Manager.
Work closely with estimators, coordinators, and managers to track project costs and ensure accurate invoicing.
Oversee lead technicians and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient job completion.
Adhere to safety standards and manage field safety for all technicians.
Assume responsibility for projects signed after hours if not on-call or if the original salesperson is unavailable.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals.
Must be able to wear a respiratory mask when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field.
Strong project management, communication, and sales skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Ability to use project management and tracking software.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Job DescriptionLooking to hire remediation technicians that will oversee assess and remove contaminants caused by water damage, air hazards, fires, or waste, such as removing mold in a residential or commercial building. Is responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services work while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation. The individual will also adhere to safety and hazardous materials handling. Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances. The individual must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends.
Education, Experience, Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Construction and/or restoration experience, working on water/fire damage jobs specifically, environmental experience, and hazardous waste
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of driving and sitting
Physical labor within possible contained and confined spaces
Able to move and/or lift up to fifty pounds
Status
Full Time, Part Time and on call hours available
Time of Work:
Normal hours of work are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends
Compensation
$18-$25 per hour - DOE, company vehicle, health benefits and 401K available if meet requirements
Duties/Responsibilities:
Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and Company standards
Perform fire, water/mold damage restoration, including dry-outs, packing, cleaning, debris removal, etc.
Complete scope of work documentations and daily dry logs both manually and implemented software.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment and uniform appearance
Perform end-of-the-day job cleanup and breakdown
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products and supplies needed for each project and keep vehicles in a ready to dispatch status
Perform procedures following Company guidelines and management instructions
Provide GREAT customer service to Company clients
Move equipment and other items from the warehouse to the job site and back
Assists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage
Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear
Operate routinely used tools and equipment
Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Warehouse maintenance, stock supplies, building maintenance
Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by management and adhering to all Sate driving rules while driving company vehicle
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have good communication skills
Must have a valid Drivers License
Able to move and/or lift up to fifty pounds
Must pass background check, driver record request, and auto insurance verification (if applicable)

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Xactimate knowledge required
Write scopes of work for repairs that need to be performed to bring home back to pre-loss condition
Prior home remodeling experience is REQUIRED
Meet with customer to SELL/SIGN and discuss all factors of the job
Maintain frequent communication and settle claims with insurance companies
Maintain frequent communication with the customer throughout the job. Communicates with the customer in person, by phone, or email.

Position Overview
We have an opportunity for a project manager to join our team. The project manager is responsible for ensuring that each remodeling/restoration project is completed in a timely manner, within or under the estimated budget and to the client's satisfaction. The project manager needs to; but not limited to, line out subcontractors on each job, answer any sub contractors questions, collecting payments from customers and report to office when subcontractors need to be paid.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Orders all material and tracks delivery times assuring that material arrives at the job -site when needed.
Meets, organizes and supervises crew on each job site.
Meets with owner to discuss scope, material selection, potential problems, decisions made by the customers, and any changes made at job site
Maintains frequent communication with the customer throughout the job. Communicates with the customer in person (while checking the job), by phone, or in writing.
Conducts a pre-completion walk-through with the customer and the lead contractor.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Prior home remodeling experience is REQUIRED
Knowledge of Xactimate is a PLUS
A project manager that has relationships with other subcontractors or vendors in the industry that you can bring aboard that you trust and now that does great work would be highly beneficial
