Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Superintendent I is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners. The HVAC Superintendent supervises employees and maintains a safe working environment compliant with government regulatory guidelines and OSHA Safety regulations on multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires travel.
Requirements

* Ensure work site is compliant with OSHA regulations and RBS Safety protocols.
* Manage and schedule installation of HVAC material and equipment.
* Maintain consistent contact and coordination with General Contractors to be aware at all times of expected installation dates.
* Request and coordinate HVAC material and equipment needs with purchasing department.
* Coordinate delivery of material and equipment to the job site.
* Check options and equipment list to ensure material is correct.
* Keep project status up to date to ensure timely delivery.
* Lay out crews to install material on scheduled dates.

* Conduct weekly inspections, and safety meetings. Provide copies of signed safety forms to General Contractor and RBS Safety team.
* Walks job constantly to follow-up with Foreman and installers.

* Keep up to date with all RBS Policy and Procedures, industry standards and government regulations.
* Available via telephone after hours and on weekends for emergency and/or customer-related issues.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Minimum of 5 years' experience running commercial or healthcare projects
* Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, HVAC systems, project schedules, submittals and job specifications and how they relate to plumbing and pipefitting systems.
* Open availability to travel, work after hours, and work overtime
* Must demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of hydronic air duct distribution systems, commercial and industrial. Know relevant building codes, current legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for the installation and maintenance of systems.

The Mission Critical Technician IV is an expert-level HVAC technician responsible for executing advanced diagnostic, service, and maintenance work on highly complex commercial and mission-critical systems. This role requires deep technical knowledge, consistent quality of work, and strict adherence to safety, efficiency, and operational standards. While not a leadership position, Technician IV is expected to operate independently and serve as a highly skilled field resource on challenging job sites.
Requirements
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE)
* Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and diagnostics on mission-critical HVAC systems, including chillers, CRAC units, boilers, VFDs, split systems, and BAS interfaces.
* Execute complex service and maintenance procedures with minimal supervision, often in live and sensitive environments such as data centers.
* Interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittals to ensure accurate installation and repair of systems.
* Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service in digital work order systems.

**No service call schedule!** This position is primarily scheduled work. While there will be emergency situations, this is not a typical commercial HVAC service technician position. HVAC Start-Up Technician II is responsible for maintaining an open, positive, and professional line of communication with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commissioning Pipefitter in the Orlando, FL area with a strong background in commercial mechanical rough-ins to support the start-up and commissioning of large-scale HVAC and mechanical systems. This field-based role plays a key part in ensuring piping systems are correctly installed, tested, and fully operational in alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and commissioning protocols.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience installing and verifying mechanical piping systems on commercial projects, with a strong understanding of chilled water, hot water, steam, and gas piping. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, overtime, and occasional overnight travel.

· Assist in the commissioning and start-up of mechanical piping systems, including chilled water, heating hot water, condenser water, steam, gas, and process piping.
· Verify that piping systems are installed per design drawings, specifications, and code, and are fully functional prior to turnover.
· Perform and support hydrostatic and pressure testing, system flushing, and leak checks.
· Review and interpret piping schematics, isometric drawings, and shop drawings to verify system installation and troubleshoot discrepancies.
· Work closely with commissioning teams, project managers, controls contractors, and field installers to ensure all systems function properly and meet turnover criteria.
· Complete and maintain commissioning checklists and field reports on a company iPad with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Provide input during system walk-downs and punch lists, ensuring all deficiencies are corrected.
· Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial pipefitting experience, with a focus on HVAC and mechanical system rough-ins.
· Strong working knowledge of piping materials and installation methods, including welded, brazed, threaded, grooved, and press-fit systems.
· Familiarity with commissioning processes, piping system operation, and functional testing.
· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, riser diagrams, and specifications.
· Experience working on active commercial construction sites and coordinating with multiple trades.
· Availability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and occasional overnight travel as required by project schedules.
· Clean and valid driver's license
Qualifications:
· Previous experience supporting or performing commissioning/start-up of HVAC/mechanical systems.
· Understanding of system sequences of operation and controls integration.
· NCCER certification or equivalent trade training a plus.
· Familiarity with ASME and SMACNA standards.
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
· OSHA 10 required. OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
