Communications technician lead job description

• Expertise in Radar systems, signal processing, tracking and track filtering as well as other aspects of Radar including phased array antennas, digital arrays, active electronically scanned arrays, RF processing and digital signal processing in FPGAs
• Experience in RF and microelectronics that would be integrated with gun launched projectiles is a plus, when related to radar datalink technologies
• Knowledge of communications systems and methods also a big plus related to radar datalink work for navigation support and command guidance architectures
• The ability to analyze recorded and simulated data from a variety of Radar systems, parsing, organization, manipulation of data to generate plots, tables, and conclusions based on specific project needs

Qualifications

• BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5
• Degree in Physics, Computer/Electrical Engineering preferred
• Intermediate to advanced level of Radar expertise required
• Proficiency in Matlab is preferred
• US Citizenship is required

The Lead Technical Product Owner within the Digital Transformation and Technology department is a member of the Agile team who is accountable and responsible for the product to which they are assigned. This role is the product owner for Chick-fil-A's suite of enterprise communications solutions, including @Chick-fil-A, the corporate intranet. @Chick-fil-A is the primary communications channel for the Chick-fil-A Support Center to Operators and their Team Members. This role is responsible for the technology solutions that enable Corporate Communications to successfully execute their role in the business. A person in this role has the vision to bring focus to an often-ambiguous context and dynamic set of business challenges. Responsibilities

· Co-create vision and strategy with leadership and teams in Corporate Communications to achieve business outcomes· Partner with Corporate Communications to define, prioritize and oversee the development of product redesigns, new features, enhancements, and integrations, including managing the product backlog· Collaborate and interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to manage the implementation of changes and issue resolution· Partner with Technical implementation partners and vendors to ensure delivery of expected outcomes· Leverage subject matter expertise of User Experience Design and Strategic Communications to drive exceptional digital outcomes· Partner with help desk team to troubleshoot, verify, and remediate end user support tickets· Manage vendor relationships across multiple disciplines.· Serves as the final authority representing the customer's interests in sprint backlog prioritization and requirements discussions, setting all priorities for the team in alignment with the business stakeholder roadmap(s).· Works to maximize the business value delivered by the team in each development sprint.· Ensures that the product delivers and maintains a high degree of uptime, security, and quality.· Ensures that user stories, themes, and epics are written, refined, and clearly define a universal definition of done.· Facilitates and oversees the immediate needs of the development team as they arise by being fully available to the team.· Facilitates estimation sessions, backlog grooming efforts, and sprint reviews.· Coordinates user acceptance testing and all necessary external validation efforts.· Accepts stories after they are deemed complete by the development team.· Represents the team and their efforts to others within the organization.· Ensures cross-team and release requirements and dependencies are shared appropriately.· Develops and maintains strong and productive relationships with all IT and business stakeholders.· Attends all team retrospectives and assists with driving continuous improvement across the team.

Minimum Qualifications
