Description and Responsibilities Open Sky is seeking an experienced Facilities leader to provide oversight of the strategic planning and day-to-day management of facilities operations for the agency's portfolio of approximately 100 properties. Properties include administrative offices, clinical sites, residential facilities, and day program locations. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and support the agency's mission of delivering high-quality community health and human services. The Director of Facilities will provide leadership to facilities, maintenance, and vendor teams and oversees capital projects, manages budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with program leadership to meet operational needs of their programs. Other Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with agency goals and growth. Manage space planning, moves, renovations, and site openings/closures. Ensure 24/7 emergency response protocols are in place for facilities-related issues. Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets; oversee architects, engineers, and contractors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of progressive facilities management experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or director-level role, required. Experience managing large, multi-site property portfolios, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environments, required. Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and capital projects, required. Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and working knowledge of healthcare and human services regulations, required. Certified Facility Manager, preferred. Description and Responsibilities Flexible Support Services are designed to assist youth between the ages of 6 and 22 and their families who live in Central MA. The overall goal is to assist children and their family members to develop skills, strategies and supports to sustain the child in the family's natural environment and to help the child successfully function in the community. This program supports each child's ongoing development of age-appropriate social, emotional, academic and pre-work skills. Services are highly flexible and individualized to meet the varying needs of children and their families. The Young Adult Peer Mentors use their lived experience to support young adults with setting and implementing goals in education, employment, housing, relationships, life skills and social needs. Mentors also help peers in identifying strengths and interests to assist in monitoring interventions and personal recovery goals. Description and Responsibilities The Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) Program works in collaboration with MassHealth to address the immediate daily necessities that arise from the inequities caused by the social determinants of health, such as lack of access to basic resources including stable housing, a toxin-free environment, healthy food, heating and Internet access, transportation, healthcare, safety, education, employment, and social connection. The Housing Specialist operates within the Housing First Principles to set a foundation for pursuing access to daily necessities and meeting health goals with people served. The Housing Specialist works in collaboration with the individual served to assist in the development of a strength-based, solution-focused individualized goal and action plan that promotes permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Together, the individual and the Housing Specialist will determine the best housing match by securing rental subsidies through affordable housing programs, identifying ideal housing environments, and comparing to available housing. Other Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain a housing directory including contact information for all owners, developers, housing authorities, and other community organizations with available housing options. Assist with site visits, application, and lease negotiations. Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with private landlords and developers to maximize housing opportunities for people served. Collaborate with landlord to ensure apartment is ready for occupancy, perform move-in/out inspection with person served and conduct safety and cleanliness inspections as needed. Provide follow-up home visits to support and review progress towards self-sufficiency including advocacy, reduction of isolation, listening, problem solving, and identification of resources to assist with integration of people served in their new community. Develop trainings and workshops for people served, including tenant's rights and responsibilities, housing discrimination, communicating with landlords, physical plant cleanliness and safety, and other trainings as needed. They will audit clinical documentation for Evaluation and Management and psychotherapy services by validating coded data, ensuring services rendered support reimbursement and reporting purposes. The coder will also evaluate electronic health records to identify any documentation deficiencies and ensure all revenue is captured. Description and Responsibilities Adult Community Clinical Services is a Department of Mental Health funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in their own homes, apartments, and in group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The teams are tight knit, supportive and multidisciplinary. Open Sky's talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to the individuals served. The ACCS Housing Coordinator embraces and operates within the Housing First Principles to set a foundation for pursuing health and recovery goals with people served. They are committed to cultivating mutually respectful partnerships, setting appropriate limits, and maintaining a helping role with individuals served and their family members to provide quality, compassionate care. Housing Coordinators work to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with private landlords and developers to maximize housing opportunities for people served. Description and Responsibilities Open Sky's Support & Stabilization Services provide an array of services to support youth up to the age of 22 years and families that may be experiencing emotional and/or behavioral challenges. Services provided include groups, therapeutic services to help children remain in their home, preparation support for children reunifying with family, permanency support, skill building, increasing social connections, and providing families with community resources to meet basic needs. Description and Responsibilities Open Sky's Community Supports Program is a Mass Health funded navigator service that provides case management and care coordination to individuals in the community. Individuals served in the program must have a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder and be considered at high risk for admission to a 24-hour treatment setting. The Community Support Navigator engages with members as they enter the treatment system and support them in gaining access to treatment services and community resources. They provide case management and direct outreach support to their assigned caseloads, which consist of a combination of members enrolled in Community Support Program, Recovery Support Navigation and/or Community Support Program for People Experiencing Chronic Homelessness. Under the direct supervision of a Primary Intern Supervisor and existing leadership within the Behavioral Health Department, the Undergraduate Student Intern provides psychosocial support and case management services to clients of the primary care clinic, 16 hours per week for the academic school year from September 8th, 2026 through May 15th, 2027, exact dates depending. Additional hours for onboarding and orientation will be required between the dates of August 31st and September 4th, 2026.
