As our Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients are satisfied with their services and that all of their treatment needs have been met. This position works with clients from their first referral through their first session with a clinician in our PSG clinics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR: Enter all new client information into our electronic health record accurately Use systems to verify active insurance and related information Take all incoming referrals for new clients and respond within 24 hours Schedule client's first appointment with urgency Follow up with referral sources regarding the appointment status Communicate with client in regard to what they should expect, what items to bring to their first appointment, etc. SCHEDULE AND LOCATION: This position will be part-time and onsite at our West Allis Clinic. 24 hours per week, Wednesday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
