As Partners, (Jeffrey Stair & Roger Abrahamson) are seeking $5,000,000 in Limited Partnership Capital to purchase Franchised Auto Dealerships. We will pay pay an annualized fixed premium of 12% for a 36-48 month period. All funds will be utilized to purchase existing dealerships, inventory (pre-owned) and factory capitalization requirements. Dealerships will be purchased in Ohio and additional states to form an Auto Group. Verbal commitment for New Car Floor Plan financing has already been given. Our plan begins with the purchase of one dealer point or an existing multi point group currently for sale or held for sale by its respective OEM/factory. We both have extensive dealership experience in both the domestic and import segments as VP's/GM's, including partner buy-ins. We further have extensive experience & knowledge in Retail Finance, Leasing, Prime & Sub Prime, Commercial Finance, both Real Estate & Floor Plan Financing and Commercial Insurance. We will be hands on operators overseeing all areas of dealership operations, with a highly trusted group of existing deapartment managers ready and prepared to come on board.
