Primary functions will include assessing service delivery, documentation compliance, monitoring of client records, and serving as the representative for audits taking place at assigned regional programs of the company. Duties will also include customer service and direct communication with clients, visitors, and employees of the company to ensure consistent monitoring and evaluation of quality service delivery.
Understanding general office functions and administrative duties from prior employment is essential to this role, with emphasis on outstanding customer and employee relations, as the position requires interactions with multiple departments and individuals.
The job will require travel between different office locations with assigned region, at a minimum of several occasions a month, potentially more, if needed, and available to travel to other locations outside of the typical region for business-related meetings/conferences on a less frequent basis. Some travel assignments may result in more than one day/night of stay. Position is ideal for energetic and outgoing candidates with a professional personality that can multi-task and enjoy interactions with others while traveling to different areas.
This is not a remote or hybrid position, so the RCA must be working from an appropriate work setting (office, client residence, etc.) on a regular basis.

Compliance & Enforcement:
Responsible for conducting monthly and quarterly audit reviews to validate compliance and enforcement for all/any assigned services in an assigned regional.

If the audit does not meet standards, the RCA will meet with the HR Director to determine and write the corrective action to review with the manager prior to departure of the audit visit.

Review and evaluate company policies and procedures to ensure that they are current and consistent with DDS (or other relevant entities) expectations.
Ensure that all records are kept organized, secure and alleviate any potential HIPAA concerns/violations.
Manage and track driver's licenses, cpr, certifications, licensure are compliant.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage all aspects of government contract bidding and Joint Commission (JC) compliance processes.
Job Summary:
The Government Contract & Joint Commission Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to government contract applications, bidding, documentation, and submissions, as well as overseeing Joint Commission accreditation compliance. This role requires strong administrative, communication, and project management skills to ensure timely and accurate completion of all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate:
$21.00 $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Government Contract Management:
Identify, review, and prepare bids for federal, state, and local government healthcare contracts.
Complete and submit all required paperwork and documentation accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain and update company profiles on government portals (e.g., SAM.gov, CA.gov, etc.).
Track ongoing bids and follow up on submission statuses and renewals.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents and information.
Joint Commission Compliance:
Manage all Joint Commission-related submissions and compliance activities.
Prepare, review, and submit required documentation on the JC website.
Coordinate with JC officers during audits, inspections, and meetings.
Ensure continuous readiness for Joint Commission accreditation and compliance audits.
Maintain organized records of all accreditation and compliance documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 23 years of experience handling government contracts and/or Joint Commission compliance in a healthcare or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and Joint Commission standards.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online submission portals.
Strong communication and coordination skills for internal and external interactions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

We are looking for a Carrier Compliance Auditor to join our team! The Carrier Compliance Auditor will be responsible to review all carrier documentation to ensure compliance with Company policy, set up new carriers in the system, maintain and update carrier files, and review and process bills.
You will
Carrier Set-up
Retrieve electronic setup packet from setup dashboard
Monitor documentation to make sure information provided is correct and complete (W-9, Requirements, Insurance, MC Authority, Contracts)
Evaluate authority compliance
Check Safer System for licenses and safety ratings Call DOT when necessary
Contact RMIS representative for insurance verification when necessary
Assign a T# and enter/verify information from set-up packet into the Oracle System and complete setup
Make sure all new carrier information is filed away electronically in correct carrier file website
Customer Service as a dedicated representative to assigned office(s)
Help branch offices with carrier-related problems
Teach carrier to log onto website and complete online setup packet
Answer or redirect calls from carriers with questions
Mail
Pick up mail from post office box
Prepare for distribution to each office/dept at headquarters building
Updates and Maintenance
Change factoring information on Supplier and Invoice screens
Check carriers in Safestat and determine if carrier is loadable, take appropriate action
Make sure information is updated in the computer and filed in the appropriate file
Billing
Pick up mail from post office box
Open and sort mail received daily (including via email and fax)
Review and sort bills, in preparation for scanning and uploading
Scan and upload bills daily for assigned billing time
Answer Accounts Payable status questions (phone or email)
Special Projects
RIGS - Customer Service for Carriers
Assist with special projects as requested by the Department Manager.
