**Overview**
SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking a **Cloud Based Computing SME** in **Fort Huachuca, AZ** . The Cloud Based Computing SME reports directly to the Data Services Team Lead and is the escalation point for all cloud based computing initiatives within the RCC-C.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead future initiatives for cloud adoption, application design, cloud management, and cloud monitoring.
+ Supports the maintenance of all cloud based systems utilized within the RCC-C.
+ Introduce modern techniques and technologies to improve service design.
+ Lead planning and integration of cloud-based solutions, services, and daily operations.
+ Coordinate troubleshooting efforts of Cloud and component enterprise services with RCC-C Technical teams, vendors, and external organizations.
+ Conduct root cause analysis to identify, diagnose, and resolve cloud-based problems.
+ Orchestrate maintenance to support cloud-based activities to all system users.
+ Manages and maintains the cloud infrastructure of the RCC-C and supports data service enclaves at remote installations.
+ Resolve Incidents/Tickets in accordance with documented procedures.
+ Perform Quality Assurance follow-up with customers/end users.
+ Comply with documented processes and procedures.
+ Utilize AWS and A365 tools such as VMware, SCOM, Cloudwatch/Cloudtrail.
+ Lead integration of new technical solutions and platforms into the DoDIN-A, develop new processes, and author new SOPs and TTPs to employ them to their full potential.
+ Provide on-call support after business hours and during weekends when required.
+ Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced cyber security analysts and other technical staff.
+ Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
+ Develop and/or maintain SOPs, TTPs, and SmartBooks associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
+ Follow ITIL best practices to manage tickets and processes.

**Qualifications**
+ Active in scope SECRET clearance with T5 investigation or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET T5 eligibility.
+ HS +12 yrs similar technical experience or AA/AS +10, or BS/BA +8
+ IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required
+ Cloud+ certification
+ Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army
+ Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and an advanced understanding of U.S. Army IT applications and network systems
+ Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master's degree in Network Management, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field
